Simons for Duncan? I’d rather that than Kuminga tbh

Pretty sure this would put us into the repeater tax that we are expected to want to avoid this year and then be in it next year so it wouldn't be the repeater penalty. Also would erase any chance of keeping davion.

One of those is def Kuminya.

Kuminga vs Mathurin Trey Murphy and Derozan but basic stats don’t tell the whole story. RIP Per36 god Omer Yurtseven

Dudes actually built bigger than Kawhi and is a better shooter than him coming out of college, obviously means little to nothing but we need to find a way to get him. If anything he’s a simple Highsmith replacement or something if he’s sent out with Wiggins Duncan or Terry.

Keep Duncan and cut him for the cap savings.

Lets get that wiggins trade to lakers for expirings and protected first done today…

Then id like to focus on moving kyle andersens contract for an expiring..

Lets dangle our expirings to see if we can land some picks.. im almost sure phoenix is trying to get expirings for beal.. no way any team is just going to buyout 100 million…

if they want out of that deal we got the savings for them.. itll cost 2 firsts..

We need the picks to have future assets to trade..

Kyle Anderson IS an expiring. None of his money in 2026-2027 year is guaranteed.
I dont understand the difference between let's say a team option or a player having a year thats non guaranteed, but either way. Technically its an expiring.

Splitting the NBA draft in two days is a dumb idea. This is not the NFL. Pure marketing money grab. They’ll be disappointed when business don’t care to sponsor the 2nd round.

Agreed… yesterday went way too long. Definitely felt insulted by their desire to waste my time over analyzing each pick and talking load of ish to fill the space.

Can we get some fireworks?! All this trade talk and about how the draft was going to be super active and all we really got was a Mark Williams trade.

Multiple tweets in article about breakdown and not beinf guaranteed. And if you go to Spotrac, it also shows his deal as non guaranteed. It just isnt highlighted like a player option or team option year would be.

Again, I dont know why teams do it differently or what the difference is to cap or deadlines for decions but yeah. Its non GTD.

Then we got 66 million in expirings to work with…

Heat Bros Andy doesn’t look good and I’m sad

He was at the draft last night in an electric wheelchair a colostomy bag, and hospital wristbands on his arm. What a guy Andy has been for us throughout the years. Say a prayer for a real one.

That free throw % is such a puke for a guy who is a contact heavy player.

Lakers got him on such a cheap deal. With cap increasing and his skill set and entering prime at 27, he definitely deserves a 4 year 110-120M type contract.
LAL has gotten way too many lucky bounces, glad he didnt give them a discount.
