Guess that confirms no rebrand lol
God damn the NBA is cheap, not even stitched
Playing with a stitched jersey is not fun. Press on is much more comfortable

Imo, when healthy, he's close to it

Players will end up being unhappy if they think they deserve mins....I mean yeah injuries do happen but for winning purposes as well it would be wise to move a few of these guys for 1 solid winning player upgrade....Maybe RJ + 1 or 2 guys on the bench for a legit upgrade either in the starting lineup or another player who will play 25 mins off the bench....RJ/Walter/Dick/Ochai logjam is a problem....
I think they stick with the young depth and really evaluate the season with everyone healthy. The only guy I see them moving is RJ, maybe for a swap for another player. But Dick, JKW, Mogbo, Battle, Ochai, CMB, Shead is a fun bench. Maybe they can take that leap of being bench mob 2.0 and win their minutes.
Yeah i like the players on the team...Thing is you just named 7 players as a "Bench" ...NBA rotations are usually 8 deep maybe 9 if you really stretch it out....Without injuries alot of these guys mins will be cut during the season....Thats why in my mind if you can trade RJ + One or two of the young guys you bring in a Playoff proven player who can help us win....Now your rotation starts to look more playoff ready....Otherwise you are just wasting away these guys on the end of the bench without any real gain....Come playoff time the rotation gets even smaller...

lol is it supposed to be easy to get one?
Clutch0z24 wrote:navyblue wrote:Clutch0z24 wrote:Gotta think a trade involving multiple players is coming this offseason....How will Darko find mins for everyone on the team...
Quickley
Barrett
Ingram
Barnes
Yak
Dick
Walter
Ochai
CMB
Mogbo
Shead
Battle
I mean 11 player rotation is not ideal....Some of these guys will lose out on alot of mins this year....I think a move to turn some of these guys into 1 upgraded player needs to happen....
Injuries are bound to happen. I can understand a consolidation trade but it's not necessary.

If I told you in 2022 that we’d miss the playoffs 3 years in a row and all we had to show for it was the 9th and 13th pick would you say things must have went well?

OKC and TOR are always after the same guys.

Well that would be ignoring everything else we got so yeah, I would be.
Thankfully, we got much more than 2 players.

I could see Mogbo and Battle not in the playoff rotation, though great young depth in case of injury.
Pretty much just need a 2 for 1 trade. Agbaji and #39 for #34 to draft Fleming or Markovic.
Spurs GM: Brian Wright: Positions in this day and age don't matter as much
the full quote: "positions in this day and age don't matter as much. We just saw a playoffs where the team that won had a 6'5 guy guarding a center"
and i completely agree - now that the shock is out the system, lets celebrate Colin Murray Boyles and embrace him and the Front office.
