Hell, yea, baby. Ajax is the SGA stopper Minny needs (at least that's what we should tell them). And the Hornets, w/ 2 picks (33, 34), need defense next to all their shooters who can't defend.

Ajax will get you a Horsty special in return - top 55 protected future 2nd round pick.

From a draft guide in 2017
Hartenstein has a dismal vertical leap (25.5 inches) but he has a nose and desire for the basketball around the rim.

As much as I'm not a fan, he's on a cheap contract, started half the games last yr, & in part was relegated to the end of the bench for his bad fit w/ Giannis. IMO 47/Ajax should get us into the 30's, easily. Don't know why we'd get a lower pick than the one we have.

Doubt they trade up. Horst will make his one pick tonight and then do his draft presser and go home. Bare minimum front office on relax mode tonight.

I doubt we would but it seems like theres a good chance some of these early 2nd picks could be solid

Poor dude was born in to the wrong era. He'd been a top 5 pick 30 years ago.

He's a stretch big who can put it on the deck, and switched in college, while not being an overly good rim protector or strong. He's Aldama-esque, really, as the 1st Tweet in response said. He's of this era and your stated ideology.

At this point, give me the guy that’ll look the most dynamic at summer league. At 47 I’m not expecting much but I’ll take a fun summer league player.

I would do this in a heartbeat, but I don't think Ajax has any where near that kind of value. Maybe more realistically gets us around #40 or something.

My apologies; maybe 47 and Ajax would get us higher than 40 lol

Kuz/Pat/Brook (S&T up to $9M)/31 first/32 swap for Cam/Cam(S&T up to $25M)

Nets can loop in whoever wants Brook and reroute him for whatever assets.

Cam/Rollins
AJG/KPJ
Cam/min salary vet
Giannis/Smith
Portis/Sims

You’d have to let GTJ walk to stay below the hard cap.

He'd have to release one or more of the current 2-ways, and I'm for that. We need to have a couple fresh swings there, like Green was.

If he doesn't do this, and move up to the 30's, I'm going to be very disappointed in the strategy. Windisch is now inkling Zikarsky to the Bucks at 47. That was who Vecenie mocked & he got ours right last yr. If that's what we do, I'll think we're never turning this ship around.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
