And as a matter of fact- Shams reported it on twitter before Gambo even did

Don't get me wrong - I like all them moving around to get this guy. Fleming is 6'9 240, athletic upside, defense. REALLY good pick That was good work by the Suns front office. But Gambo can be a bit of a tool at times

Yea before click bait there was radio bait.

If you clowns lived in Phoenix rather than on planet Mars you might appreciate Gambo. He covers all three major sports in Phoenix and does a great job. You are just jealous. He does have an inside line to the Suns. He and I arrived in Arizona at about the same time and I have listened to him virtually every day for 26 years. I love him.

Last summer the Suns cooked and stole all the good players cheaply. And now they cooked the draft. Thanks to Ishbia and his friends.

22. Indiana Pacers: Rasheer Fleming (Saint Joseph’s, PF)
Indiana Pacers record: 32-24
Previous Mock Position: No. 27
Size: 6’9″, 240 lbs
Age: 20
Nationality: USA
Pro Comparison: Taylor Hendricks
Rasheer Fleming’s 3-point shot hasn’t slowed down, a key reason why he’s rising in popularity and becoming more believable to NBA scouts.

He’s the only player in college hoops with over 30 dunks and 40 3s. The mix of 6’9″ size, rim finishing, shooting, 1.5 blocks and 1.4 steals should look attractive for a stretch-4 role.
tankathon had him at 26 or 27

I've seen him as high as 17 in some very reputable places

Here is who Givony had in their mock for us at 41 before the trade to get 31.

41. Phoenix Suns (via Golden State)
Bogoljub Markovic, PF/C, Mega Superbet (Adriatic)

Strengths: Markovic is a skilled big man who scored from all over the floor with impressive efficiency in his first season in the Adriatic League, winning the equivalent of rookie of the year.

Weaknesses: With a 6-foot-11 wingspan and a narrow frame, he struggles to consistently make his presence felt defensively and on the glass, often looking a step slow with his awareness on both ends.

The verdict: Markovic had a breakout year culminating in a strong showing at the Nike Hoop Summit. At his best, his ability to space the floor, push off the defensive glass and finish skillfully in the paint is intriguing, but he'll need to make progress with his physicality, feel for the game and toughness to make use of those tools at the highest levels. -- Givony

Ok watched some tape on Fleming. Definitely can tell the IQ level is low. He made almost no decisions in either offensive or defense. Not extremely athletic. More lanky than athletic.

Have to remind myself, he’s a second rounder. If the Suns can keep the decision making from Fleming almost nonexistent, I can see a role for him. But I can see him in and out of the rotation. He’s going to have a lot of ups and downs. Has some Marquese Chriss in him. If Ott can focus him on one thing at a time, Fleming can turn into a decent rotation player. He will never be a starter.
I am such a lucky NBA fan. 8647 My favorite team went from the most greedy and racist owner to the most ego driven dumbass owner in all of sports fdt.

I wonder if we look at PG and where Kam Jones goes and if we have any interest in Javon Small. That ESPN mock has OKC taking Small had 44 and Jones going at 46.

The fact that they worked the draft board to get pick 36 and moved up to get 41 and used those picks to get 31 and still have 41-- might be my favorite move they have made. Granted its only been the KD trade, Maulauch and Williams -b ut still. That was good GM work - have to give Ishbia and Gregory credit.

Pay Beal to not play - whatever
Move on from Royce , Martin and Allen
Probably keep Oso for Center depth
And roll out these younger players - see what happens

I don’t dislike his info. I definitely know gambo has an insider. I think his style of broadcasting is annoying and archaic but I don’t hate him. Flex will just keep everything in a shroud of mystery just for the sake of sounding important. Like the interview the other day was so painful to listen to. I think he probably talks to someone too but not even close to what gambo has. Flex is so intentionally obtuse about players that don’t even pertain to a certain scenario. He’s really good at bullshitting, I’ll give him that.

I'm like 5 pages behind so I have no clue what moves had been made other than knowing we have the #36 pick lol
