I truly hated the trading down for cash of the Kahn era, so I'm not very happy to see it cropping up again.

Yup. I don’t understand this. Even if a Penda or a Fleming has a 25% chance of being a rotational player, the more swings you take on guys like that, the more likely you are to hit.
I would guess way less than 25% of 2nd round picks become rotation players.

Clearly the front office has no one they want in this round.

Would have preferred getting a future second, but it is what it is. Nobody likes cash trades, but I kind of expected trading out of the pick.

As a fan I can't tolerate trading picks for cash. We did get 45 in the deal.

Yeah I wasted my time with this **** lol, it's 3 in the morning here in Sweden. Have dentist appointed in 5 hours. Stayed up for twice trading out.

I bet the #31 pick hit rate is much higher than second round picks in general.

Re: Draft Day: Round 2
If we make the pick at 45 we will insinuate it's the player we would have taken at 31.

They're probably not done trading, either. Go get some rest, this is going to be underwhelming.

Re: Draft Day: Round 2
New owners, same old 2nd round draft strategy.
Was sure Lakers were taking Reynaud there with their gaping hole at Center.
Big fall for him from being mocked in the mid 20's.

Re: Draft Day: Round 2
We are a 2nd apron team we technically should not be able to accept cash.
