Kornet annihilates every big that would be taken. You think Kalkbrenner is better than Kornet?

I mean, can you really know that? Not a single person thought Nikola Jokic, picked 41st, would be better than almost everyone picked before him in the 2014 draft.

So going with that logic is a bit unrealistic. We could've drafted Kalkbrenner, thrown him to the fire this upcoming season and he sure as hell could've turned out better than Kornet.

They send a 2026 most favorable second-rounder of Detroit, Milwaukee, Orlando;
2027 second is most favorable of Orlando and Boston.

Chaz would be the shiz at 46.

It's hilarious that so many people were clamoring for Raynaud and his "first round talent why did Brad pass on him" when he's still there at 40

I dunno man... I remember Mitch Robinson, Miles McBride and Jalen Brunson kicking our ass a few weeks ago

2026 one could be decent again. Giannis dependent.

Maybe not, it other issue is Hugo may never come over because he isn't being paid enough. This is a baseless argument.

None of this moves are franchise altering. It is about protecting roster and salary management while taking a chance on it panning out.

Because we who watch college basketball see Kalkbrenner as a stiff who can't move on defense and is incredibly soft. But cool he's 7-2!

Baylor is his only pick. I mean other than Hugo, who can't be judged. So he's 1 for 1.

Javon Small
Jamir Watkins
Amari Williams

Yeah. I liked his shooting, but I guess with Hugo on board, that wouldn't have happened anyway. At this point, I am fully prepared for disappointment.

Be that as it may, I will vent as I see fit based on my own biases. I wanted him to pick at 32, and not trade back for the pupu platter, which he also did a couple of years ago, and we ended up with Walsh, who has thus far been a bust. He's not one for one. He gets no credit for trading down.

But I was told first round talent Raynaud should've been the pick at 28. Why is he still on the board at 40?!

Looking like at least 1 of these bigs will be there at 46 for us...my preference:

1) Markovic
2) Raynaud
3) Amari Williams
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

If they don’t hit a legit home run this summer that team will stink even with Giannis imo.
