Vlad Goldin was well worth a two way. He was projected to go in the 2nd round. Danny Wolf gets all the hype but Goldin was the real muscle in that Michigan front court.

I really like Vlad Goldin. He was a key piece in FAU getting to the Final Four in 2023. He followed Dusty May to Michigan.

I'm a FAU graduate.

A National Championship between both my teams (UM vs FAU) would have been something. It didn't pan out, unfortunately. It was still fun, though.

I’m a UM guy but my wife graduated from FAU. That was such a memorable tournament. Goldin was a monster during that run. Was yamming on anyone that stood in his way. Legit can be birdman 2.0

The negatives on Goldin are that he's slow-footed and may struggle on defense roaming around the rim. His shooting was an issue, but he improved this year, but it's not a big enough sample size yet. He's not explosive, but he finishes strong around the rim and is a solid blocker. He's also already 24, which isn't a big deal for us. He's huge and has a massive wingspan. He has a good post-game.

I think he's a quality back-up 2-way center.

That would be great. Miami was my dream school, but it was too expensive for me. I decided to go to FAU because I had a scholarship and I was able to go for free. The U will always be my team first. I grew up rooting for them. FAU is my 2nd team.

The Heat are drafting guys and developing them. They have a bunch of Europeans now, and they have a bunch of tall guys now.

Are we sure this is the Miami Heat?

Nice! That's true. I got accepted to FSU and UCF, but I decided to stay to save money.

A lot of my friends and people I knew in HS went to UF or FSU. I went to high school during the Tebow years, and there were so many Gator fans. :nonono:
