Here's hoping he'll be the first guy with Mohammed as his/her first name (or some variant of it) to amount anything in this league.

To balance uneven trades.

It’s somewhat helpful and necessary but not that exciting or important

The Knicks did send 29 year old Mathias Lessort to the Wizards as part of the 3 team Jericho Sims trade. Where we picked up Hugo Besson. Besson might be interesting. Not sure. At 29, I'm not sure what kind of future Lessort has in the NBA if any.

So . . . maybe.

The Knicks also traded for a retired player euro-stash on draft night last year, so it might just be for show.
Go Knicks!! Go Mets!!

As for the Jets . . . just keep it entertaining.

i was going to say, that we always have great 2nd round picks. then i double checked and saw the last time we picked someone good in the 2nd round was mitch. did we not draft quickley in the 2nd round aswell?

im hella confused now, i truly always thought we are great at picking players late :D

not a shot at diawara, i think he looks promising fo a 51st pick.
im bout dat action boss

Deuce, Sims, Huk, Kolek are all second round picks. We’ve been particularly good with late first round picks (IQ, Grimes, Mitch). Hopefully Dadiet keeps up the trend.

My understanding is that you can never trade nothing for something, so draft rights to players that will never play are sometimes useful fillers with no economic considerations necessary.

Mo Bamba doesn't mean he's not less Bamba, it means Mohammad Bamba. Great name, Mo Bamba. And Mohamed Gueye is playing for Atlanta.

Sorry he's not the first, but maybe if we keep him long enough, he'll be the best.

Have there been any good Jesuses in the league? I don’t think so.

Incredible Huk, Kolek, Mccullar, Dadiet, Nanji, Diawara should make for an interesting summer league.

He has the physical attributes for a big wing. Just needs to improve his efficiency from what HEZI posted.

Most boring draft ever but I'm honestly not complaining. Unusually I'd be pissed about the guy we took. So glad we are a good team and don't need to depend on the 8th pick to be good again.

I can’t complain because we needed another lengthy guy out there at the 3/4. He seems to be switchable 1-5 potentially. If he can improve his offense it’s an element we didn’t have with potentially losing Precious.
