I wish we could all scoff and laugh at that.

Sadly it’s likelier than not. Racism is trending if you haven’t noticed. And Ed’s been an obvious one forever.

Old white man who nobody likes getting rid of the Black guy we all champion.

Looks like a duck, quakes like a duck…

Hopefully you agree that whoever replaces Masai in that role is hired based on merit.

The only payback hopefully is Torontonians can turn on Rogers products like Tesla owners turned on Elon.

Make him feel it in his wallet, which he cares most about.

I mean, if you haven't boycotted Rogers by now, you're late to the party.

What Toronto needs to consider is bringing in an executive with an agency background. Bobby is good with CBA and working out the trades, but we need a power player. Someone like Rich Paul but not as sleezy.

Let’s just bring in Rich Paul. He may be a sleazeball but he’s our sleazeball.

You can get a lot of business done on the golf course, should try it sometime.

Quit it with the racism angle. Ed is also the reason AA left the jays is he a black man?

Tannebaum and Bell's former CEO were the only reason Masai lasted this long.

You didn't reply to my merit comment directly. I'll add some periods for effect .......

Its because under the previous owners Leiweke made sure to seperate owner input from basketball executives.

This new group wants a yes man. So we are kind of headed back to what Colangelo and the lack of autonomy his predecessors dealt with.

Pelley is the same way a former rogers exec

Paul will be expensive, but that would be a power player for sure.

A guy who could make sense is Jelani Floyd from Wasserman Group. He is a former collegiate player, and now an agent for several years and an attorney. He is a really well-spoken guy and a bright mind.

Siakam, OG, and Fred post raptors success is the justification. Ed will point to it as a mismanagement of our assets and a wrong path chosen on our direction.

Unfortunately it’s a valid argument. I still wouldn’t fire Ujiri - everyone makes mistakes - but, c’est la view

Hopefully not under the Trump interpretation of merit because then there's a good chance we'll get somebody unqualified for the job.
