Yea I fail to see the sense in any of this. Tatum takes different types of 3pt attempts, and Herb+ the Thompson twins are elite POA defenders but can’t shoot for shyt. Murphy wasn’t tasked with guarding out of position at POA all season (or hit by the most screens in the league while playing the most minutes in the league)… so what’s the point here exactly? Also, how do we know he wouldn't cost 5 picks? Bane was just traded for 4 picks and two good players… a starter and solid 6th man.

Lying about Mikal to make a point. He's a poor 3pt shooter who shoots better than all stars. But but but....
Mikal played far better than the gibberish talked about him on here. That's a fact.
Some absolutely go overboard in killing his performance last year. But I think most will agree he did not seem to play up to his high talent level and was somewhat inconsistent.
I think that is a fair assessment.
For the record I am not trying to trade him because I don't think he is a good player , it's because I prefer to keep KAT, Brunson and OG and you need to give up a good enough piece to get value back And the value back in theory would create a better overall roster construction for us.
Also if it's OG instead of Bridges and we extend Bridges I am actually pretty fine with that too but I prefer OGs 40% 3 ball and his overall better defense a bit more than Mikal.

You never know. Lowkey Durant got nobody on that team and PJ is one of his best friends. And a first for Cam Whitmore isn’t a crazy ask and in line to what we hear they wanted before for him.
