Okay you're gonna need to provide a little more clarity on why you think concerts are lame?
I think YB has the appropriate response here aka go to better concerts LOL.
What are the last 5 concerts you've been to of people that anyone would have heard of. Not talking about random troubadours playing out front of mellow mushroom.

Re: 2025 Summer League
I've been to Tom Petty with Stevie Nicks, the one where Elton John and Billy Joel had dueling pianos, a private 30 person concert for the Avett Brothers....What do you do, just stand there and sway at the music? Its too loud, too many smelly people cheering and yelling, you have to stand up the whole time for the most part, and its so boring and you just wish it was over. I realized I just described the average NFL game experience especially for the last few years for the Panthers

Well there's only two appropriate options for how to behave at a concert. One is you thrash around wildly swinging your arms hoping to randomly connect haymakers with any one within a 10 foot radius. The other option is just to spin around in a circle until the lsd kicks in.

Re: 2025 Summer League
If we don’t do well in SL that’s a red flag for our draft picks. We essentially drafted an entire starting 5 who all play “Hornets DNA” ball, with I’m assuming KJ running point and Tidjane playing 4 as well. Jeff’s vision for the future of the Charlotte Hornets. We should all be watching closely.

I would say it's less of a red flag if they don't play well but more if they just look completely overwhelmed.
Also depends on what kind of other teams they're playing against. Teams that don't bring a lot of young players and field a roster of grown **** men fighting for their lives, guys that have been playing professionally in Europe or in the G League for several years are always tough to beat in summer league settings especially by a bunch of rookies. Also I think it would be a red flag if kj and salaun, Look wildly out of place. kon, I expect to just play in the system not force things or not try to make himself the focal point. I'll be interested to see that jumper in action and also curious to see if he's improved his shooting off the dribble a little bit.

that was the best summer league team we've had since like 2006. 100 times more entertaining than anything we put out in the previous 5 years.
As I was saying...

Re: 2025 Summer League
Yeah I would rather just watch guys on the team, Morgan, Xavier Simpson and Jake Stephens played a ton and none of it mattered. This year hopefully everyone plays and we can see something that matters a bit more.

miller played a game, salaun played 3 games, nsj played every game, marcus garrett from swarm played, leaky black from prev season played... it was fun because we had actual functional point guards and functional coaching
but
2 years ago we had miller, nsj, bailey, bouk, kai, bryce, nnaji, leaky, plus a buch of swarm guys all playing and it was **** unwatchable... because we had zero point guards like usual, and the braindead play of kai, bouk and a moron coach forcing nsj to run point.
back to my point. im glad it looks like we have some point guards this year.

Kembas shooting was so brutal at first, full credit to him for how he developed.

Ammo always looked sick in summer league even on his comeback attempts. That extra half step speed of the real league was a big issue for him

Re: 2025 Summer League
I remember thinking Vonleh would be a bust his first summer league game. It looked like his brain was on dial-up while the speed of the game was on fiber. I unfortunately felt the same way about Salaun.
PJ Hairston was a SL god around the same time though so who knows.
