With the new movie coming out soon, I’d love for an accomplished AI graphics wizard to create a movie poster using our new draft picks, built around “THE FANTASTIC FOUR”!

Ryan will certainly stretch out like Ryan Reed’s character to block incoming shots. Kon is The Torch when his shooting is on fire! Liam has to be his own new character, as he certainly isn’t an invisible woman. And Sion, with his build and strength becomes The Thing…pounding his way to the basket.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

I also submit 'Kalk-blocked'

Would love to hear it uttered by Eric Collins after Kalkbrenner stuffs an opponent at the rim but FanDual sports might not appreciate the innuendo as much as we do

Sadly chatgpt is being a big **** baby when it comes to generating copyrighted content or anything that depicts real people. Even if I tell it to make it a cartoon it's giving me some ****. That's using chat GPT which is by far the best at handling complicated prompts. I can generate these images using other image tools but the pictures are garbage. I could just have it create the fantastic 4 wearing Charlotte Hornets jerseys but that's not quite the same thing.

I started out with a guide image from the presse of the four of them holding up jerseys then wrote the prompt. I probably should have just wrote the prompt with a guide image. After the first block it was being annoying. Tried on Gemini and flux but the results were terrible.

Should be a picture of a frowning Ace missing a contested long 2 and Kon swishing a 3 with a nod to Melo for the dish.

Just noting Kalk and Mark W are the same age (23). Mark actually one month older.

If I were Charlotte's FO, I'd ink him to a long tailed contract similar to the one Memphis gave GG Jackson after they recently snagged him in the second.. He's at 4 years ~ 8.5m total, escalating each year with the final season being a team option.

This would represent good value for a serviceable bench center and if he ascends to starting, it turns into tremendous value for the next 4 years. From K's perspective, this would give him peace of mind knowing he's got the security of guaranteed money the next 3 years that will set him up for life in the event he gets hurt or washes out while simultaneously allowing him to be in line to hit FA while he's still in his late 20s to sign a brinks truck second contract if he plays to that level.

If people planned on Mark W being the starter 5 on Day 1 then why not Kalkbrenner?

Same age as Mark, 5 college seasons, same size 7'1 w a 7'6 ws except 20 lbs heavier, ought to be a smarter defender from the jump

Given the new depth chart I'm hoping Kalk (not plumlee) is the starting Center

One guy was the 15th pick and was traded for 2 firsts. The other is a 2nd round pick. Do you think NBA views them as similar talents?

Amen. If this coach and front office won’t make a trade for a quality center, then let’s give Ryan every opportunity to be our starter. I’d much prefer to live with Kalk’s mistakes while he’s running with the M’s, than watch the 35 year old Plumber stop up the drain nightly.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Nope! If Mark were here I'd certainly want him to start. I thought Kalk was the perfect backup C. I would have preferred they keep Nurk to signing Mason, and would have started Nurk over Kalk. I would have preferred some other roster solution to Plumlee. But given the new reality in the choice between starting the rookie or 35 year old Plumlee I want Kalk.

If Kalk had a chance of being present day Mark from day one, he would've been off the board before we even picked at 4
investigate Adam Silver
