I assume he meant Cody. Might as well wait and see if Giannis asks out.

It would be nice if the Suns could combine salaries with Richards and attach either O'Neale or Allen for an expiring.

Granted, moving $5m of cap for a couple seconds isn't the worst thing

This is one of the few times we actually have leverage. The center market is in demand and there is a lack of centers available. Ishbia better milk those teams.

This is such a Capt Obvious tweet as there is. Should have figured it’s via Gambo the king of Capt obvious

Adding an another capt obvious info in there. Either O’Neal or Allen will be traded. They have to be for cap reasons as well as balancing the roster reasons.

Well, that's not entirely true.

Kellan Olsen and Gambo were talking yesterday and who they think will stay or go from the current Suns roster.

Kellan said"don't aggregate him" because he wasn’t reporting anything.

We now have two of the NBAs most hated (maybe three if you count Booker but for this point, I’ll leave Booker out of it). Grayson and Dillion Brooks are two of the most hated NBA players.

Let’s go all in and find Patrick Beverly and trade for Draymond. Become the biggest villain team in the NBA!

I hope they put that disclaimer in there because keeping both O’Neal and Allen makes zero sense for the roster as well as for the cap.

That's 13... though if Allen's sticking around, that must mean Beal is gone one way or another.

PG: Green, Gillespie
SG: Booker, Allen, Brea [Beal]
SF: Brooks, O'Neale
PF: Dunn, Fleming
C: Williams, Maluach, Oso/Richards

Booker will average more assists than Green, but I want Green bringing the ball up the floor. We need speed and penetration, which he'll give us - along with turnovers, but I'm okay with that if it means we're playing at an NBA pace. We've looked like a college team out there since Rubio was traded.

If this is our roster on opening night, I expect we'll start Dunn at the 4. Good thing we have centers that can rebound, as the rest of our squad can't board. To those who think Fleming would start - we're talking about a second rounder here. Very few rookies start, regardless where they're drafted. The #2 pick won't start. IMO, Dunn is a 3 and we'd be best to start him there if possible.

It's hard to wrap my around Bradley Beal being ok with tanking his career to avoid having his kids switch schools, rooting himself in a community where he is far from beloved.

It's reasonable to pencil in Williams missing half our games. We'll be desperately thin up front when that happens.

Oh, well. Free agency starts Monday. We'll see what happens.

The thing that he said that has heard is that we want to have nice depth for real.

I would prefer to have only O'Neale back and to trade Allen. I wouldn’t care about trading both but we need to get back some rotation player for them.

I would love to get CP3 back. He's clearly okay playing with a bunch of younger guys considering he went to the Spurs in the first place. I think CP3 and Dillon Brooks would be amazing to give that type of leadership and the right culture to a team of developing players.

Paul and Brooks would be great leadership for the Suns
He wants to be close to his family. So my guess, the Lakers or Clippers will be the team he plays for

I read that he was going to Dallas to be their point guard until Kyrie gets back. I think Dallas is going to be really good this year and could give OKC all they want. I expect CP3 wants a ring, and Dallas offers that potential opportunity. They also are offering more than the minimum. I would love to have him back, but I do not think that is in the cards. We should have never traded him. The KD trade was horrible but if possible, this was worse and then we traded Ayton. Hopefully we are done making these type of decisions.

If he wants to be closer to LA, Dallas is technically further away than San Antonio is.
I heard D'Lo and Brogdon are also options for Dallas. I can't really see the Clippers or Lakers mostly because Luka and Harden are more ball dominant, but I suppose CP3 and Harden played together in Houston.
I do think Dallas makes the most sense though.

And I agree, trading CP3/DA was just such a terrible idea. Suns took the eventual champs in the Nuggets to 6 games mostly off the backs of KD/Booker. Traded CP3 because he was out during the playoffs, traded DA probably because he took the elimination game off (probably had something to do with Monty too). Just unbelievably awful moves. Especially trading for Beal when he also has a history of injury, like CP3. Oh... and traded DA with Toumani. Had the Suns stood pat, kept Torrey Craig, kept CP3, kept Payne, kept DA, they could have still gotten Eric Gordon, Eubanks, and probably would have been better. Ahhh... oh well. Mark Williams, Khaman Maluach will be a good center rotation.

Ty Jerome is now available. Can we get him?

Apparently he wants 14M.

My hope is that is the team telling Gambo that Royce and or Grayson are staying to not drive down their price

The Suns have to make moves unless Mat wants to pay huge taxes and have no options below the aprons

And I still am not sure who would have interest in Beal

Maybe the Heat trade Wiggins and Rozier to get off Wiggins long term contract

Definitely need to change tactics because it’s wildly believed it’s easy to bambozal Ishbia

Two separate deals since Suns can't aggregate salaries

Suns get -
Patrick Williams
Jevon Carter
Rui Hachimura

Bulls get -
Bradley Beal
Dalton Knecht
2nd round picks from Phoenix
2031 Lakers 1st lotto protected

Lakers get -
Nikola Vucevic
Nick Richards

Lakers get two centers. Suns get out of Beal's contract and get two PFs and Jevon Carter (salary matching purposes). Bulls get Dalton Knecht, Beal's contract, and some draft picks.

Zero interest in helping the Lakers. Just hold onto Bradley Beal until the deadline.

He becomes an expiring next year.

I don't care if it helps the Lakers -- the market for Beal is, well, I think its zero. Granted, they traded Ball for Okoro, no other picks - so who knows what they want or will do. Rui and Jevon are expiring so its really only PWill at 18m for four years, compared to stretching for five

The Lakers might do the above if they need a Center and the Suns should do the above. But yes, next year at this time, Beal is an expiring

Should get some decent draft capital from Richards.
