Us struggling to score isn't demoralizing it's by design, but our opponents not being able to score is super demoralizing.

Ingram can shoot 3s,
I'm confident that Scottie (with all this defensive help) can shoot 3s.

I'm willing to give CMB open 3s from straight away, and have Simmons and Jakob hit the offensive glass, while CMB can be the first one back defensively.

Anyone who wouldn’t want Simmons for the minimum must be clueless.

He’s never been a good scorer. His 3 all star appearances all nba 3rd team and multiple seasons of first team all defence are more accolades than the rest of the roster combined. This will be his age 29 season.

I’d be shocked if we could get him for so little, but we’d be insane not to if we could.

He can back up the 5 or even start at the 1 if/when necessary. This would, talent wise, be the best bang for bucks in the league. Hands down.

Now Simmons is showing who he really is and what he really is worth. That said, I would take a chance on Ben for the Minimum only.

You barely get a warm body at the minimum, so there's not much risk. Worst case, he's a distraction and/or he's terrible, and you cut him.

My only thing would be that he should never get in the way of CMB minutes.
