Avery Bradley
Height no shoes: 6-2
Weight: 180
Wingspan: 6-7.1/4”
Lane Agility: 11.47s
¾ Sprint: 3.14
Vertical: 37½”

George Hill
Height no shoes: 6-2
Weight: 181
Wingspan: 6-9
Lane Agility: 12.20s
¾ Sprint: 3.07
Vertical: 37.5

Alijah Martin
Height no shoes: 6-1.1/2″
Weight: 208
Wingspan: 6-7.1/2″
Lane Agility: 11.06
¾ Sprint: 3.11
Vertical: 38

Good scouting on your part, good comps, he's got 20+ lbs on both of em
I thought George hill was pretty tall out there, but he's only half an inch taller.
I hope they give Martin some PG duties in the G next szn

Ya. 6'2 is really still undersized for a two guard which is what he is.

Except that your stuck on archaic positions.

Not really. Is he big for any position? 6'2 is on the small side for every position on the floor.

At his weight and wingspan he can easily guard one of the guard spots pretty much all times. Even the other.

Do you think he'd have a big issue guarding someone like Jakobe?

You have to look past the height which is just one aspect

Lowry, Vanvleet, Davion Mitchell. He is longer, more athletic & probably stronger than all.of those guys. He has the same standing reach as Lou Dort & is probably a better run and jump athlete.

That's exactly my point. They are looking past his height. He's undersized - but the Raptors see that as an opportunity to get him later. I agree he can guard bigger. The Raptors think he can guard bigger. But that does not mean he didn't slide due to being an undersized guard.

It still irks me that the Raptors couldn't move up to #36 from #39, but the Lakers were able to do it from #55 for a small amount of cash.

Hell, the Raptors should have been calling every team to see if a little cash could buy them another pick or help them move up.

That said, I do like Martin. The pick makes no sense to me, in our current configuration though. We should have been making a back up C pick instead. But maybe Bobby has some kind of trade lined up to better balance the team this summer.

Welcome to the team Alijah!

minny gm pulled the curtain back a bit saying that like 20 deals for 2nd round picks were already done by the agents. they already orchestrated the deals on where their players were going and he didn't have a chance to really pick who they wanted.

I like having a good g league team, and good PGs in the gleague. Sets a foundation from the ground up, especially for development.

Remember when people said Shead wouldn't get playing time, Martin is going to do the same thing. He's going to force the hand of the coaching staff. Dude is a winner!

I think Martin will be more NBA ready than Shead was.

People going to be shocked how ready AM is for the NBA. HIs defense is already superior to most guards in the league.

The dude is a dawg like Pat Beverly style, but except built like Bledsoe. This guy is another Davion, but with a better shot.

Darko has his work cut-out for him to find PT for all these guys, but I love the line-ups where we hound the other opposing teams PG. We now have two of those guys in Shead and Martin.

I think if Bobby wants to really develop this team. He needs to consolidate for some vets. I wouldn't mind sending RJ to the Bucks in a S&T for Brook. Maybe we can give Brook at 2+1 with a team option on a declining salary scale. Jakob and Brook as a two-headed monster C tandem will be deadly.

Either IQ or RJ needs to go. I rather keep RJ, but I think we need more of a shooter which IQ is.

For those who know, how do you compare him to Chucky? Is he definitely a clear mile better than Chucky?
