OK, so you're ruling out that he goes to the Lakers. Noted, I'll be back here when they sign him. Will you?

Bro if he goes to the Lakers it has nothing to do with some conspiracy to help LeBron since it was just shown there’s no connection to Klutch. Not everything is a conspiracy. And the Lakers don’t have access to the MLE unless they let go of DFS or make some trades. This is Deandre Ayton we’re talking about there’s no incentive for the Blazers to help out the Lakers.

Exactly, so if he goes to the Lakers it proves the conspiracy was right.

You confidently said he is earmarked for Lakers in some type of Klutch sports collusion since he is with them.

You been told he is not a klutch sports client.

No one ruled out he is going to Lakers. You were corrected on an inaccurate statement you made.

Own up to it like an adult and move along.

The point is he is going to the Lakers because it is rigged. Maybe the clutch connection isn't proof of that, but we know that it is happening, and when it happens, it will be proof that it was rigged, which you have denied is the case.

Lakers should be all over this. Makes a lot of sense for both parties. I like Ayton. I think he gets a bad rap, some of it deserved. But I think most of it is being drafted number 1 before Luka. His motor isn't the best but he's a double double machine and can be score when featured in an offense. And although not a great defender, he's big and athletic enough to alter shots. He'd be going into a winning situation with proven stars that are known to elevate others play. Rooting for this to happen

Unfortunately, when guys start to get bought out and go from team to team usually the end is near for them but hoping that's not the case here

No it doesn’t. There’s no connection to Klutch. Do you understand that you’re wrong?

There doesn't need to be a connection to Klutch in order for there to be a conspiracy.

That said, I don't think there's cause to think that the Blazers are looking to help out the Lakers in return for a favour of some type. No reason to think this is a conspiracy in the making. However, if Ayton signs with the Lakers AND the Blazers move up in the 2026 lottery then the conspiracy theories will be brought up again.

Do we have word yet on how much he left on the v table? I’ve only read speculation based on how much he could sign for.

You always know it, but sometimes it’s fun to be reminded that we’re in a community of true basketball fanatics.

Its more so the fact that he will be virtually free....similar to when Drummond was 1st bought out but better prime

It's amazing, always works out for the Lakers. They get Ayton for free, and the Trail Blazers pay the salary.

for sure....the Blazers pay 28M to sabotage the Lakers....money well spent

And we all know how that turned out...

Oh. And both players were bought out in their age 26 offseason. So I don't really know where the 'better prime' comment comes from.

Yeah I mean he's a great spacing big that gets boards. Not a premier option offensively though, but a release valve and a board getting machine. I don't know how his defense is, sounds like it's trash though, so that's a no bueno for any serious team.

His defense is, shall we say, rather uninspired. He's never been a great defender despite having the physical tools for it. His offense is the same way.
