Briere

I want to like Danny. He was so clutch in the playoffs here. And he has made some good moves. That being said…

I don’t like that Gauthier basically told the team to pound sand and forced a trade.

I don’t like the fact Tortorella is still here on a rebuilding team, fighting with the future superstar.

I don’t like that the rebuild is never ending.

And I don’t like the trade they made with Calgary yesterday UNLESS they are going to push in and go get Elias Pettersson or another first line big name C.

For the record: the Flyers have been unintentionally processing longer than the Sixers actually Processed.

At least Torts is finally gone, now.

I really think Briere needs to get aggressive. He has three 1sts and four 2nds. Go and get your #1 C to play with Michkov. More than enough ammo to spare.

It's clear this team will not evolve past the Broad Street Bullies until someone who is completely unaffiliated with the Flyers in any way, shape, or form is in charge.
