Joan of No Arc has a ways to go to shoot as well as Joakim Noah at the moment.
Baby Steps.

Rocco is a lot closer he's good enough to start shooting threes in garbage time.

Indeed if you think in the red baron. I don't see the connection of baron nobility title to France. It's a medieval European title that still exist in several countries, including Spain.

On the other hand, Surrender has a French connection    aw

Another nice one, Le Gabacho.

The word baron comes from the Old French baron, from a Late Latin barō "man; servant, soldier, mercenary"

Man, if you have to look for the etymology of a word( a Latin word), you are thinking to much on it.

As I said, the title still exist in several countries and France is not one of the few that still grant them.

Two things I got from this YouTube short. His nickname at the moment before we improve it is JB. He was giving off such a clean cut wholesome vibe and his favorite music is Gospel. His favorite thing to do away from basketball is spend time with Family and Friends. The NBA will corrupt him.

That is true. Though Joakim shot 57% FT his freshman year of college which he was s year older than Joan is right now. We need to give him time. He'll only be 21 when starts his 4th season.

Please disregard this clickbait name of video and focus on Beringer making good reads and plays with ball in his hands. He reminds me Vando a lot, but Vando has hands of stone which is crucial problem for such undersized, mobile bigman, because it limits Vando ability to shoot, pass and finish around the rim. So my main finding from above video and hope for Beringer future is the fact that Beringer has good hands. Once he developed his body he can be Jarrett Allen tye of bigman with excellent catch radius, elite finishing ability around the rim and passing skills.

Plus Vando is basically SF sized. 6'8, 214 - but a 7'1 wingspan.

Thanks. I'm guessing after 10 minutes of each it's going to be nothing, but wash, rinse, repeat.

The other reason I am shifting away from a Vanderbilt comparison is that he spent most of his time here as a point of attack defender, which will obviously not be Beringer's game.

I didn't watch all of it because as you said, it's mostly the same stuff on repeat. It's not like he has a diverse offensive game at this point so you get the point offensively after a short while.

My favorite thing about Beringer's offense right now is his hands. Rudy has no touch around the basket on non-dunks, but to me his biggest offensive flaw by far is his poor hands. It stops so many looks/touches before they start. How many times is Rudy wide open on a roll and is ignored (rightfully) by Ant and others who don't want to chance the seemingly coin flip odds that Rudy will even catch the pass. Beringer's non-dunk shooting is rudimentary, but at least he's not going to turn off teammates from even throwing him the ball. He can be coached on making some of the obvious passes off the short roll and he might actually get to make them as he'll catch the ball.

Beringer understands he needs to be active on the offensive glass to be impactful. He has a good frame so as he adds strength, I see no reason why he can't eventually give you everything Rudy does on that end of the court other than the great screens. Joan can certainly add that too, but that is one thing Rudy does really well that Beringer needs to learn/improve.

Looks like they believe Joan can the the future 5 for the team. As all bet, we will have to see how he keep improving and translate to NBA level. But i do some research and am convinced about one thing. He is a big worker and fast learner. Should pay at the end.
