Defintely not our C.

Play some minutes at the 5? Sure, but the only raptor on the roster who might maybe possibly be a starting 5 is Chomche.

Okay man whatever you say.

What's wrong with what he said, I also think he's not here to be a full time center. I see him playing at the 4 primarily, he could play some 3 depending the matchups and will play some mins at the 5. Playing him at the 5 exclusively and not developing him to be more than that would be a failure imo.

Thats a steal Jake's a very good basketball player. Excellent playmaker for his size. Was kind of hoping Toronto would sign him.

replacing DFS with Laravia and calling it your top wing target is funny to me

I think Lakers are entering a rebuild/retool and getting younger.
Replacing DFS with Jake is a solid move.
They're gonna build around Luka.

LeBron is gone.

Have you not noticed the revival of the 7 footer?

And CMB skill set is way better used at the PF spot.

Why would you even want a 6'8 center? Scottie should be the C if anything. He's bigger and longer.

Wasn't much of a revival in the playoffs when it matters.

Gobert + Hartenstein did matter. It did matter that KAT cant play Defense. It did matter that despite Turner shooting badly, his Defense made his team better.

All 4 teams in the conference finals had 7fters that played significant roles. Turner and Chet are like the poster boys for stretch bigs who also protect the rim.

It's looking more and more like we need a versatile 7fter. Either one who can shoot or one who can catch a lob, while providing some rim protection.

DFS is a fine enough player, but he's 32 and misses a ton of time with injuries. I don't think that's a great contract.

No idea if Brook would come here, but if we treaded RJ for Pat W and Ayo, we could send Ayo to the Bucks for Brook @7 million per in a sign and trade. Though Brook might be washed.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Good for Denver to get out from the MPJ deal. You figure they can get the same production for cheaper from Cam. Why not do it?

Wasn't much of a revival in the playoffs when it matters.

Gobert + Hartenstein did matter. It did matter that KAT cant play Defense. It did matter that despite Turner shooting badly, his Defense made his team better.

The point was more so that there wasn't a C on the floor at all times and teams still went small frequently in the playoffs.

Turner played 27.1 mpg and Hartenstein played 19.1 mpg in the finals, so not sure I would be highlighting that as a revival to the position.

You do need 1 good solid C which we have in Jak already.
