Wow. That's big for the Nuggets.

Wow, I don't like this for the Nuggets...

Wow, fantastic deal for both sides. Wish Utah had this kind of cap space.

Denver did fantastic here. I get what the Nets are thinking, but I could not love this for Denver more.

We've seen a variation of MPJ for Cam posted a million times since the deadline and most of them weren't well recieved by fans of both teams. Interested to see the reaction here.

Good deal for nets. Getting an unprotected pick. Not sure how i feel about it for the nuggets.

Smart move I think for Denver, clears up their capsheet a bit too.

They can duck tax and add $9m for 3 players.

Yeah I like this one both ways. Denver had very few avenues to cut significant salary without downgrading on the court, and they pulled it off.

That's a wow for the day. Now that the elephant in the room has been removed from the Nuggets. Now they need to fix up their bench.

It gets Denver below the first apron, I think they should be thrilled by the flexibility this creates. I realize an unprotected pick 7 years from now sucks to trade, but you have to put your team in a position to build around Jokic and they just had no ability to do that without something like this.

I don't think this is really much if any improvement on the court. But will makes roster management easier.

Win/Win trade. Improve championship odds for Denver with Jokic and high upside pick for Brooklyn.

Yeap.

Unprotected that far away is always a risk but when you got someone like Jokic , you have to try and improve.

Good deal for Denver. Should get them under the 2nd apron or much closer to doing so.

Yeah, I think they need to actually use the room created here for it to really be a good move competitively. Cam is better than MPJ, but I'd say it's lateral vs. marked improvement. If they just pocket the money and all they get out of their 2032 1st as the last real chip they have is the incremental improvement from MPJ to Cam, that's not really much. They need to turn the extra space into another functional player.

so another Net that didn't return anything close to what we told they would. And all this floor worry was for naught.

Not sure how much better Denver got with this, but they are active and gained some flexibility so they can improve some more on the margins.
