Houston is paying Sengun 34 million next year, Steven Adams 14, Jock Landale 8 and now Capela somewhere around 7. Thats alot of money devoted to the center position. I would imagine they try to offload Landale.

If you are expecting a free agent signing it will only be Burks and Martin

Houston won the offseason pretty easily unless something crazy happens, good for them. Saw what they needed and instantly went out and got it

Apparently Duncan was always going to be a sign and trade if he went to Detroit, we’ll see

Damn, so Shams was flat out duped by Kuminga's agent into thinking there was serious Heat interest?

Or even more likely, Shams did Kuminga's agents bidding and put out reports about Heat interest merely as leverage.

Why would they sign a bum like Martin over prioritizing spelled growth? Pelle has potential to be a very good role player

You think Martin is going to be in the way of Pelle?? Martin will be the last man on the roster.

And with access to the MLE, I cant imagine they leave all that cap sitting on the table to sign a vet min guy with the last spot. Probably working through a trade and probably have some FA's on hold.

I think the Heat are definitely on the phone right now looking around for trades, but they aren't going to make a move just to make one. They won't make a big FA splash but I'm sure they'll be making a couple of moves soon.
