Unless we also signed a C, there's no way we'd go into the season with Goga gone and Moe out and Isaac/WCJ as our only big options.

Yea, I agree. It really does nothing for us. I just can’t really get a grasp on Gogas value around the league.

NAW’s contract is 4 years 62 million which is 15.5 million per year.

Is that more than our exception allows?

Connaughton really isn't an NBA rotation player at this point. Even at his peak he was just a guy lucky to be in a good situation, and would have fallen out of the NBA if he hadn't landed there. So he's not even a body in my mind, it would just be a trade for that pick swap. Which could have value, as the Bucks will likely treadmill for a year or two before possibly trading Giannis and bottoming out.

I only comment on it because I definitely 100% trust BucksConfid!

I will jump into the advocate seat. Not saying I would do it, but I’m giving some positives.

- Similar to Duncan Robinson, any time their teams were very strong to pass a Round 1 in the Playoffs, they feasted and shot the 3 ball very well on the periphery. Pat can maybe reach his 2.0+ 3PM in the reg season and Playoffs again.
- Pat is hella experienced, plays more as 2/3. 1 year expiring. Plays serviceable defense that doesn’t make you want to put him back on the bench. We can maybe keep his heady experience an extra year after, on another 1 year deal.
- The pick swap sounds like a 1st, not a 2nd. It looks like an amazing pick to add into the war chest.
