explain why they wouldn't want an expiring Vucevic to hold the position until next summer when they go out to find their long term answer. If they have Miller and Knueppel who can play the SF they don't need Miles Bridges to tank, and they chop off the final #22M of his contract plus Vuc's $21.5 they can find a center

They already have two bigs on the roster, so they only need one more, and they can find someone else for much cheaper.

Sexton traded to the Hornets for Nurkic, Simons was traded in a salary dump, and Clarkson was just bought out. The market for scoring combo guards isn't great right now. Maybe Coby has a potential buyer out there, but it's starting to look like another missed opportunity from AK to sell high.

Or it's an opportunity to get him on a bargain contract again...

Let's just offer Vuc, Coby and Portland pick for Zion just for the effort of trying do something big.

Why do we need to do something big now? Also NO isn’t trading Zion. They are all in on next season now.

Memphis keeping JJJ for another 5 years. I feel like they are a Coby away from being a championship team. Idk what AK would possibly want from Memphis though

Cam Johnson traded to Nuggets for Michael Porter Jr and 2032 first round pick.

Nets might jump into the Kuminga race now, they just traded their starting PF and MPJ can play SF.

Now how the Nuggets plan to play Jokic, Aaron Gordon and Cam Johnson together, have no clue. Maybe Aaron Gordon goes on the block.

I think Vuc’s value has increased. With Brook Lopez and Capela off the market someone who needs a big could trade for Vuc.

GSW literally has no Center with Looney leaving and they have the perfect PF to slot next to Vuc.

GS are rumoured to be linked to Horford.

Also, what does GS send back in a Vuc deal? He makes 21m.

Jordan Clarkson to the Knicks that's a much needed bench boost for them

You’re right I’m not sure GSW has matching salary available.

Coby has not peaked. There is no pressing need to trade him. He’s 25.

Yep, typical move for them.. Horford is actually very good fit, even old as he is.. and will be cheap! They still have 2 young centers behind him in TJD and Q.Post

Aaron Gordon is a PF and Cam Johnson is a SF. I don’t see the issue here.

Memphis Clarke and Konchar and a 1st
Lakers W/Pwill-Rui, Vincent and Vanderbilt
Hornets Williams/Okogie and a 1st

Even if Coby hasn't peaked yet, I see no reason why we should be the ones who give him his biggest contract.

What's the issue? All three play different positions and provide different things.

Have to hope GSW dont get Horford. From all signs he isn't staying in Boston.
So GSW and Boston will both need a C if he goes to ring chase.
