I would've loved a proper PG like CP3 on this team and get everyone some easy shots but it doesn't seem like we're interested.

It didn't work in 2025 because we had a couple of boneheads in Booker and KD who stubbornly insisted on walking the ball up court and trying to be initiators or going full ISO mad. All the while grinding the offense to a halt and freezing Tyus out at times.

I for one am going to be so glad I don't have to watch KD doing that crap anymore. Booker's handles are still not good enough to beat press once the game gets tighter - doesn't have the frame or physicality for it either.

So we're looking for another season of failure is what you're saying? Because theast time we tried this, it failed miserably. Doesn't matter if it's Green or Beal as the second ball handler, it's going to end in the same way.

Fair enough, but I think our money could be better used on finding one instead of finding another forward (even if this could be a sensible fit). Had we not traded for Williams, let go of Martin, let go of Micic... we might be in a place to get said PG. But, alas, here we are... again.

They were also the first movers when it came to shedding salary. By acting fast, they ensured that teams with significant cap space hadn’t yet used it on other deals, which was critical for Boston. If other teams had made moves first, Boston might not have had a path to offload KP or Jrue and get under the 2nd apron.

Yes agreed. The suns actually added salary with Williams if you go by the fact Micic was going to be released.

Just hope the can still trade Richards . My guess they will and either Royce or Grayson - just have to see when

1. We have 4 new players to watch that could be around for a while.
2. We have a new head coach that could change the way we have played recently.
3. We have a new GM that appears to know what he wants and is trying to get it done. That means high quality players that want to work and compete.
4. We still are not done.

I am excited to watch this new team even if others are not.

So we going into another season of you whining ? Yes, expecting that

You realize , with a good coach, green and Booker bringing ball up, we are good! Also I think suns get CP3 or Westbrook. Offseason isn’t even done yet
FOH with that nonsense, acting as though you're not puffing on someone's meat pipe all season.

Some of the takes you drop are asinine. And tired. So if you feel the need to sit here and come at me for having feelings that aren't all rah rah for the team's malfeasance, I'm here for it. Go ahead and put me on your foes while you're at it and save me the trouble.

And I'll take a strike for this if one gets issued.

I’m willing to bet Chris Paul’s only hesitation to sign with LA is JAmes Harden. They didn’t exactly like each other. I think if Harden wasn’t in LA, this would be done already.

That's basic business acumen, you do what you're good at and bring in the best to do what you're not good at. It remains to be seen with Gregory and Ott but at this point based on what we know/seen, I don't think they are the best at what they do. But that could obviously change over time and with more to evaluate.

And the bad mouthing begins. Not once did Ayton show any of those things in Phoenix. Except he was addicted to online gaming and was late to appointments because of that.

And Ayton showing anger on the court flipping chairs?

The biggest criticism of Ayton is that he is too laid back and doesnt care or put effort... lack of passion.

Yet the bad mouthing is now saying he is passionate enough to rattle chairs.

What team besides the Suns have the ability to match salaries for Lebron while possibly being able to compete? Sign CP3, get Bron. Still keep the youth. Can give up Nick Richards so they got their center.

Corrected ... so we have no open spots left unless some trades go down

Edit: I can't imagine making Brea a two-way player when the Suns moved up to get higher second round picks.
