That's better than washed up Horford.

Just waiting for the Shams bomb that we got Sandro Mamu on a two year deal. Followed by Monte Morris.

Jeez if Loon is gone, they really need TWO vet bigs, don't they? Post is still so young and I doubt TJD is in Kerr's plans at all. And they've already said they don't intend to play Draymond at C much. This is looking potentially disastrous. Loon didn't give you everything you wanted from the position, but he was as solid as vets come, knew the system inside and out, and rarely screwed up, Mr. Reliable.

DEN getting better. they got bruce brown back to strengthen their bench which was a big issue last year and cam johnson for michael porter jr who was slightly better IMO but they need ed to shake things up a little.
HOU adding good players across the board but apart from KD (at 37) not real difference makers.
LAC getting bigger with lopez as backup for zubac.

Warriors, Bulls, and Heat all quiet thus far.

Might be an indication a Kuminga sign and trade for guys like White, Vucevic, and Wiggins are being discussed.

The hold up on Horford is likely the Kuminga contract.

You get what you deserve. Not everyone wants to play with Green or Kerr. This tendency are clear as day after Durant leaving. DiVi and Hield are the biggest names what we got in free agency in last 6 years. With Porter we got lucky b/c he played exactly the same amount of games in last 4 seasons (20, 21, 23, 24) as with GSW in 2022

I like Al and want him here, but it’s no brainier for him if he wants to win (CLE/NY) or money (BOS)

Why does Chicago is constantly mention in Kuminga trade? They have P.Williams, drafted Buzelis last year and just got another forward as 12 pick in this year draft.

With all the players that have been already moved, I really hope they can find some way to make a Kuminga for Coby trade work. Feel like he's one of the last available (maybe?) players who can actually move the needle for this team. Every other name I'm hearing is pretty uninspiring. Lateral or very slightly upward moves at best, leaving them once again struggling to make a play-in berth even with decent health.

Al is only one starter calibre center left on free market and BOS, GSW, LAL, MIL don’t have starting centers. Ayton is other option, but that is it.

Warriors can’t make any moves because of JK’s QO cap hold. Can’t use the TPMLE or the NTMLE. Pretty lame given the good FAs are all getting signed to other team’s TPMLE and NTMLE.

Aytons ask interesting one. I’d be surprised if lakers aren’t trying to make a play for him

Teams are calling for wiggins, but apparently the asking price is too high atm.

Chicago, heat, and the kings are all circling around jk. Im surprised the Hornets and wiz aren't linked to kuminga, lol.

The Warriors were trying to bring in Vucevic and Butler last deadline together. The Warriors weren't able to pull it off due to disagreement in draft capital. The Warriors plan was to have Vucevic, Dray, and Jimmy in the frontcourt. I don't see any reason for the Bulls to hold onto Vucevic, at the same time we were starting a rookie center on a two-way deal.

The other guy is Coby White. The Warriors need another ball handler, an upgrade at shooting guard, and another shot creator. If the option is Kuminga playing backup forward or moving off Podz in the starting lineup for Coby thats a good deal. But mainly its Coby is a great player for only making 12 million a year, meaning the Warriors can sign and trade Kuminga at 24 million. A lot of the good available players are making 20+ million, meaning its tough to get to that amount considering we can only take 50% back in a sign and trade.

As for the Bulls, up until they traded Lonzo they had a massive log jam at guard with Giddey, Coby, Lonzo, Jones, Dosonmu, Huerter, and THT.

The Bulls found success buying low on Giddey, Kuminga they may view the same way. Buzelis looks promising. I don't value Patrick Williams much, guy scored 9ppg on 39% FG last years, the fans complain he has zero aggressiveness. Defensively Williams is undersized at power forward and to upright to get out on guards. I would rather deal with an unhappy Kuminga than settle on P-Williams who I think is kind of a bust considering we had rumors of wanting him at #2 with the Wiseman pick.

Kuminga for Vucevic doesnt work S/T. White is fit in this mold, but I dont get why CHI needs Kuminga? Buzelis started to get real minutes from Feb and CHI has won a lot of games.

27min .491/.367/.806 13.3pts

Giddey/Jones
White/Huerter
Dosumnu/Okoro
Buzelis/ P.Williams/Essengue
Vucevic/Collins/Smith

I could agree that CHI would be happy replace P.Williams for Kuminga or Vucevic for other younger piece, but White is their by far the best scorer on 12mln contract, who can create and space the floor. Kuminga is like Buzelis more about scoring than everything else. And I won't take playing minutes from Buzelis and give to Kuminga. Dosumnu and Okoro are their 3nD guys. What must CHI do

1. Trade Vucevic for better fit to team timeline (player or 2nd rnd draft capital)
2. Trade P.Williams and give more playing time to Essengue
