I think you need a guy who can legit be a #2 guy, at least temporarily, to seriously contend. Even in the wide open East.

It’s why, despite not being crazy high on him, Wiggins makes the most sense to me.

Rumors abound this morning on X that the bucks are being very aggressive toward yabo n ayton question ive heard ayton wants at least 10 to 11 if thats the case csn you still get yabo for 3 to 4 million

I wouldn't mind Horford at all but what a weird, lateral pivot that would be when we could have just retained Brook. If we desperately need a #2 co-star type guy, then I have no idea why we're talking about Andrew Wiggins. Miami seeming like they've already had enough of the Andrew Wiggins experiment after 20-games is incredibly telling. Targeting/accumulating all the questionable work ethic guys (KPJ, Kuzma, Ayton, Wiggins) is certainly some type of strategy...

My top two center targets are Horford and Nance Jr. My guess is Horford could be signed by using part of the MLE and Nance would likely require most if not all of it. I’m wanting to stay away from Ayton as I don’t think he’s a good fit on our current roster.

I’m curious to see if Horst can pull off a trade for a starting caliber player using Kuzma, Pat C and picks.

Murphy III, DeRozan, Jrue, Ingram, Barrett, McCollum, Collins, and Bridges are all possible targets.

Him or Ingram, Trey Murphy would be the guy id empty the cupboard for though if we have a shot.

I do think if he plays great teams should take deep breath before signing him to a big contract. But I doubt that would be us.

26 years old, former top three pick, has had strong playoff performances, healthy body, touch… its a risk worth taking.

Yup, Ayton would only take a 1/2 year deal with a PO for the MLE. He wants to prove it and get a big bag after a good year. MKE would be a great spot for him IMO.

It's called desperation. I get it .. the team is starved for talent but a team with that group could be a total disaster.
