They haven’t even announced the full roster yet

Johnell Davis was really good in 23-24.

18-6-3 on a .599 TS%. .414 3PT. On a team that went 25-9 and went to the NCAA tournament.

It really doesn't matter who's on the team bc last year we had Jay Huff only for Memphis to sign him.

I believe Nate Santos signed an exhibit 10 deal which is a slight step beyond just a summer league invite.

No Jett is interesting, maybe a trade lurking? Because if he is healthy and staying on the Magic he could have certainly done with playing.

I remember wanting Wendell Moore in the draft. He was a teammate of Paolo and has scrimmages with Wendell Carter in the offseasons.

I am more excited about summer league than I expected going into the draft. Looking forward to seeing what these kids look like against higher level competition.
Nate Santos was a surprise. Tall guys that can shoot always have a chance.

Jett wont be on this roster opening night. He has no trade value. Im sure FO is trying to dump him for anything but no takers.

I mean are we saying no jett is interesting for the same reason we are saying no Anthony black isn't interesting? Asking for a friend. I thought third year players don't do SL.

It's pretty exceptional if they do and definitely by their own request...nothing to see here

He is pretty skilled. I watched a lot of Dayton hoops.

He will be on an nba roster

If he is staying, I'm disappointed he hasn't requested to play. He needs all the competitive reps he can get.

Jase Richardson, Noah Penda, Tristan Da Silva, Ethan Thompson we already know.

I've provided some fast facts on Rob Santos, Johnell Davis, Marcios Santos and Zach Freemantle already in this thread.

Here's some quick info on the other summer league invites... ages are what they will be before the NBA season starts.

Jalen Crutcher
26 years old
6'2" 175 lbs
Undrafted out of Dayton in 2021

A guy right on the fringe of being an NBA player. Signed a 10-day contract with the Pelicans in February 2024 and then a two-way contract with the Pelicans in February 2025. Has played a ton of G-League games over the last four years (182 games). He's been extremely productive in the G-League, but it's the G-League so it's impossible to really say how close he is to breaking through into the NBA.

Lance Terry
24 years old
6'2" 180 lbs
Undrafted out of Georgia Tech in 2025

Three years at Gardner-Webb before transferring up a level and playing two years at Georgia Tech (plus a medical redshirt year). College stats were nothing to write home about. Classic undersized college two guard who will be forced to be a combo guard at the next level. Don't see much here.

Dakota Leffew
24 years old
6'5", 185 lbs
Undrafted out of Georgia in 2025

Four years at Mount St. Mary's before transferring up a level and playing his final college season at Georgia. Stats in the SEC were nothing to write home about. Wasn't overly productive in mostly a reserve role. Don't see much here either.

Alondes Williams
26 years old
6'4" 210 lbs
Undrafted out of Wake Forest in 2022

Another guy right on the fringe of being an NBA player. Signed a two way-contract with the Nets in July 2022. Signed a two-way contract with the Heat in February 2024. Signed a two-way contract with the Pistons in October 2024. Has played in 9 NBA games, but only 25 total minutes. Won the NBA G League Most Improved Player award in 2024 while also earning first team All-NBA G League honors.

Djordjije Jovanovic
22 years old
6'7" 190 lbs
Undrafted out of Montenegro in 2025

Interesting story here. This kid came to America as a teenager and played two years in the G-League with the Ontario Clippers before he was draft eligible. Wasn't overly productive in the states and went back to Europe. Played this most recent season for Buducnost Voli Podgorica in the Adriatic League. Stats were nothing to write home about. Did make .425 of his three pointers, but only .596 of his free throws.

Jaden Akins
22 years old
6'4" 195 lbs
Undrafted out of Michigan State in 2025

Jase Richardson's college teammate last year at East Lansing. Four-year player and three-year starter for the Spartans, but wasn't overly productive (.398 FG%, .293 3PT%) on offense. What he was in college was a hellacious perimeter defender. Arguably the best defender on the best defense in the Big 10. I doubt he sticks around in the NBA because he isn't good enough offensively, but this is the exact kind of guy you want in your practices at the very least. Also a good guy to have around for Jase as it's someone he knows well.

Wendell Moore Jr.
24 years old
6'5" 215 lbs
Drafted in the 1st round, 26th overall, in the 2022 NBA Draft

Paolo Banchero's college teammate at Duke. 90 career games in the NBA with Wolves, Pistons and Hornets, but only 727 minutes. Hard to know how good he actually is or isn't because he just hasn't played a lot. Advanced metrics have been pretty poor in those 727 minutes, but he's played primarily garbage time so it's tough to gauge. He was a very good player on that Paolo Duke team averaging 13-5-4 on a .605 TS%.

Kylor Kelley
27 years old
7'0" 230 lbs
Undrafted out of Oregon State in 2020

This guy has been all over. Played professionally in England, Denmark and Canada before making his way back to the G-League in his mid 20s. Signed a two-way contract with the Mavericks in January 2025 and a 10-day contract with the Pelicans in April 2025. Big body, but hasn't been all that productive at any of his stops.

Lynn Kidd
23 years old
6'10" 240 lbs
Undrafted out of Miami in 2025

This guy made his way across the ACC. Freshman season at Clemson before transferring to Virginia Tech for three years. Had a very good senior season for the Hokies before transferring again and playing his super senior season at Miami. Good production, but pretty much just a dunker/finisher offensively. Led the ACC in TS% and eFG% percentage as a senior. 0 career college three point attempts in 111 games. Did draw a good amount of fouls and made his FTs (.817% his last two years), but don't see a whole lot here.

Marcus Bingham Jr.
25 years old
7'0" 230 lbs
Undrafted out of Michigan State in 2022

Another Michigan State product. Undrafted in 2022 and has played the last three years professionally in Israel. Athletic, rim running, shot blocker type. 1.4 blocks per game in just 18.9 MPG this past year. Small sample size, but he did make 26/57 (.456%) three pointers this year overseas. If the shot is developing, there's a chance there's something here.

Lazar Stefanovic
23 years old
6'7" 190 lbs
Undrafted out of UCLA in 2025

Originally from Serbia. Played two years at Utah before transferring to UCLA. Can definitely shoot, made 39% of his threes on good volume in his junior year and made .869 of his free throws throughout his college career, but I don't see much else there. Doesn't project to be a capable finisher, passer or defender based on his college numbers.

Brandon Huntley-Hatfield
22 years old
6'10" 240 lbs
Undrafted out of N.C. State in 2025

A kid with a lot of pedigree. Was the 23rd ranked player in his high school class, 5 star kid who was from Tennessee and committed to Tennessee. Didn't have a particularly productive freshman season playing just 13 MPG and decided to transfer to Louisville. Was the best player on a very bad Louisville team as a junior - averaging 13 and 8 and making .578 of his 2PT shots and drawing a lot of free throws. Decided to transfer again for his senior season and ended up on N.C. State. Didn't have a great senior season, saw his minutes go way down and came off the bench. If you believe in pedigree, there could be something here, but I'm skeptical.
