Bullocks was nice for that one year lol

Hartenstein, Divo, Bullock, Derrick Rose. Why do we choose to just ignore the obvious to fit a narrative

That's an absolutely insane 9-man rotation. I think they may be more talented than OKC at this point.

They also have Reed Sheppard, Whitmore (for now) and some emergence guys as Aaron Holiday, Jeff Green and Tate.

FVV/Reed/Aaron
Amen/Tate
Durant/DFS/Whitmore
Smith/Eason/Jeff Green
Sengun/Adams/Capela

They are blocked from the finals though as long as Shai is healthy and in OKC. FVF is no Shai.

Go get him Leon Rose!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would probably take Deuce for Whitmore... would you do that?

Or Pacome + WAS 1st...

The rockets are forward wing heavy and probably could use someone like deuce. He would play well off of amen, Durant, and sengun. Don’t really know why Whitmore doesn’t get more minutes. He always seems to play well when he does. Tough to give up a guy that we know can perform in the playoffs with Whitmore being more of an unknown but it help balance the roster out more.

It's one of those potential win-win moves for both teams... I'd actually consider the move and see if Whitmore could turn into a super 6th man 28 minute guy who drops energy at 15pts nightly (he averaged 17 mins per game the first two seasons). His per 36 numbers are pretty great.

KAT/Mitch/Huk
OG/Nance
Mikal/Hart/Dadiet
Deuce/Clarkson/Mcullar Jr.
Brunson/Clarkson/Kolek

That's 13 players rostered, gotta get to 14 by the end of the year. Leaves optionality

Seemingly would still be under the 2nd Apron.

25/26 Money:
1. Kat - 53.1 mil
2. OG - 39.5 mil
3. Brunson - 34.9 mil
4. Mikal - 24.9 mil
5. Hart - 19.4 mil
6. Mitch - 12.95 mil
7. Deuce - 4.33 mil
8. Nance - 3.6 mil
9. Dadiet - 2.8 mil
10. Clarkson - 2.29 mil
11. McCullar 2.2 mil
12. Kolek - 2.1 mil
13. Huk - 1.9 mil
=

203.97 mil in Salary
2nd Apron - 207.824 mil

3.854 mil below the 2nd apron.

Room to add a 14th guy at some point during the season.

Can even bring Shamet back @3.6 mil and still be below the second apron.

That would be pretty solid, especially if we could squeeze Shamet back in. I'd still want to start Mitch next to KAT and then use our wings/guards for the bulk of the bench minutes.... Nance, Hart, Deuce, and Clarkson soaking up most bench minutes.

Salary min vets counts against the cap as $2,296,274 cap hit.

Ahhhh I thought that was only the case for Clarkson because he was bought out.

Even better makes avoiding the 2nd Apron easier

I missed this place. Every 9th man is someone [insert GM here] has to go get and if he doesn't, [insert GM here] is asleep at the wheel.

no

he did the same stuff on the suns. not playing with effort always, complained about touches and pouted, they had to bench him during the playoffs for his behavior. we trying to win a championship here, we aint got time for this nonsense.

Can you please change your avatar back to Raekwon snorting cocaine?

It may be too late, as Shamm and Melo have fused identities and will always be thought of as the same by all of us.

He averaged 11 and 5.5 on 50% from the field and 38% from 3. I think it’s a damn good pickup

yes the TPMLE was 5.7 MM and you can sign for 2 years...so 2 for $12 MM is the max TPMLE
