There's zero chance they didn't run this by Giannis, I don't care what Haynes says. If he wants to put out cover in the media for Giannis then fine but not even the Bucks are dumb enough to pull these levers unless they know Giannis is good with it.

What is with some of you guys trying to dunk on Cole Anthony.

Who do you have in mind?

I laid out why I don't like Cole Anthony. Nothing has changed in two days to change my mind.

"Yes, we know, Big O. You're the authority. "

Glad you think so. My wife sure doesn't. I have to exert my manliness on this board. It's the only place I have left.

The whole “Giannis is unhappy” thing sounds like bait to me.

For those who were bent out of shape that Horst didn't do the presser for the 47th pick, it looks like he was kind of busy.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

If even Shams is saying positive stuff about Giannis, I think i'd hold that with higher weight than Haynes, despite his closeness to Dame and Giannis.

Yeah, I don't believe Giannis is actually pissed but even if he was, we are better with him pissed and a contender than us losing in the playin

You almost have to at this point, this isn't a half-measure type of move.

The media is going to eagerly gobble that up report but it's a nothing burger to me. It's either that or you believe the Bucks are the actual dumbest franchise in existence.

Giannis had to get that out there. He knew it was happening. What else is he supposed to say, “yeah i wanted them to cut the guy who isn’t playing this year” lol cmon

I suppose. So we didn't take the extra hit. Still got that future & bullets in the chamber. Plus probably some space next yr if we can get rid of Kuz at the deadline for an expiring. But it's a lot to adjust to #'s wise to know how much is available now or later.

Seems we're using the room MLE on KPJ and Trent, so we still have that TPE and the picks, plus Pat as an expiring. I would be surprised at this point if we don't empty the clip.

Would it make sense to wait until mid season and see if someone becomes available?

Dude just wilted in the finals in a front court matchup he should have won handily. Indy management was not going to bring him back after that. A Bum. Lucrative business jacking up 3s and not getting rebounds at 7 feet.

But if you think he's never going to play meaningful minutes for us ever again due to that injury it's probably the right move

This does worry me. Wonder if he was wearing down physically. Looked better in the earlier rounds.

At this point you pretty much have to push all the chips in (come on down best wing/guard we can get with the 2031 1st and 2032 pick swap).
