Why for the Kings? Maybe I am delusional about my guy Jonas, but it feels at least to me that Jonas is just far more valuable at this point than Saric. And they are about same age, why for the Kings, I do not get it.

Saric making half the money at 5m vs 10m and Jonas has an extra year left so it's a cost cutting move strictly.

No, they're just doing what the Kings always do: find ways to keep the team at the bottom of the league. Vivek has probably already told the coaching staff he wants Dario to run point- forward in his cherry pick offense.
