keep them all for the summer, try to use Pat C, Okogie, Josh Green in trades, since DaQuan isn't appreciably better or worse than any of them, and makes the minimum for the next two years.

Another nice little trade around the margins for Peterson. They add two more picks to the warchest for the Micic contract. Pat is a useful expiring.

I’m confused. What exactly do we get out of this other than 2 more likely marginally useful or useless second round picks? We still occupy a roster spot for a 32 yo SG when we already have a newly drafted Kon, a combo guard in Sexton, a somewhat useless but maybe more useful than Pat SG in Green (but on second thought), a bunch of other guards…ad nauseam. We were going to cut Micic anyway…are we cutting Conn with a C?? Maybe he gets added into another trade?

Sorry, I’m still stinging from the senseless signing of the Plumber. I keep hoping for a brilliant strategic trade that makes this all come together…and this fart blows my way.

I don't see that happening. He's at least pretty average at most everything. Decent defender. Shooter. Decent ball mover. Tough. And on an expiring deal he might have some value come February.
