They miss showering without their phone and spending time with family for sure.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Barrett for Kuzma and Mil 2031 or 2032 pick? They seem desperate right now we should capitalize and take their draft capital.

I think Lopez signed with Clips yesterday. They may need to make a trade to get a big.

thomas bryant seems to now be off the board for us if we were interested

I predict Lakers get Thomas Bryant while Indy finally gets Ayton.

Ayton owes Indy for his contract. Good way to finally pay them back.

Just an idea, maybe if we don’t play well in the beginning of the season it’s something we should look into. Those bucks picks are going to very valuable soon.

Not common knowledge but a safe assumption that Masai was either the catalyst for, or on board with, not signing him. He had final say on all moves like that.

Sure but the part about Bobby wanting to extend Pascal to increase value for trade later is new and likely thrown in to sell him as his own man. Masai didn’t want to take the risk of injury or a dip in production.

Are you implying the media lied in this case? I mean, Masai could take offence if not true so there must be some truthto it.

What does this mean for Lillard?
League sources say Lillard is elated with this decision, as it puts him in the kind of basketball-first position that few All-Star level players, if any, have experienced in league history. In short, he’ll be able to join the contending team of his choosing, either sometime soon or perhaps next summer, without the financial aspect of the decision playing a significant part.

With Lillard owed $54.1 million for this coming season and $58.4 million in the 2026-27 campaign, there is a salary offset for any team that acquires him during that two-year period. And while the Bucks would surely prefer that Lillard sign for a significant salary as a way to alleviate some of their financial burden, the reality is that he could sign for a minimum-salary deal and still be paid the same amount. That’s a powerful place to be when you’re a future Hall of Famer in your mid-30s who has never won a championship.

Not surprisingly, league sources say Lillard received calls from several contending teams very quickly after the news of his Bucks’ ending broke. The question now is whether he wants to sign with a team now and rehabilitate while under their care or wait until next summer to reassess the situation. All in all, it’s a dream scenario for Lillard. Especially considering he might have been heading for a change of scenery even before his injury.

As The Athletic reported in early May, Lillard and the Bucks were likely going to discuss whether he wanted to remain with the Bucks after last season. From the frustrations that came with the on-court fit to the fact that he struggled at times while being away from his children, it was no secret that Lillard wasn’t likely long for Milwaukee. Now, he leaves with a level of freedom not often seen in pro sports. — Sam Amick, senior writer

Why would any athlete pursue another sport at this point lol.

Don’t soccer player make more?

Ya they do when they are signed free off contract. But otherwise, the transfer sums are usually going mostly to the owning club. Sometimes a percentage even to the club that owned the player before.

Lol no man

As someone else pointed out, he's damaged goods and by the time he is recovered.. pretty old. Plus, we have lots of depth at guards.. its bigs we need.

How is Giannis damaged goods? He is a big lol. This woulda been a great time for Masai to send the “you up?” text to Giannis and start facilitating. I don’t know if Bobby has quite the same relationship with Giannis

lol wow can't believe Schroder managed to get a 3 year 45m deal. The Kings are just incompetent no matter who is in charge.

If people want to see how winning/playoff success changes perceptions and value around a player, just look at what Schroder got paid.

Who were the kings bidding against on Schroeder? Such an unnecessary overpay for an average dime a dozen PG to a bad team

I mean we had people arguing that maybe he would come here if he won a championship for OKC lol

He still could, okc will have to shed off some of their players, if thy screw up and don't retain the key players they may drop off in the loaded west.
