Oh god, we're really just sinking every last chip we have into dumping salary. This is terrifying.

So:

Porter/Hollins/AJJ
Trent/AJ/
Kuzma (I know hes not a 3)/Green/Harris
Giannis/Portis/new 2nd rounder/Livingston
Turner/Sims

?

That right?

Let's be honest....Even if Dame was in the best shape of his life, he was targeted all of the time and was a liability on defense. Add to the fact that the dude had zero passion on that side of the ball.

Top 5 defense at the very worst.

I would bet we are not top 5.

Still a bit skeptical at the makeup of the roster as it stands. Especially having all of Giannis/Turner/Bobby/Sims on board I am very concerned that Doc is going to try to shoehorn Kuzma and Prince into those jumbo lineups that did not work at all.

I honestly think if Beasley doesn't f*** up we pay him a bunch of money to come back here.

Glad we didn't because he still can't play a lick of defense....then again maybe his defense was that bad because he was intentionally allowing players to score.

So because we are below the apron we can take back 125% in salary which means Kuzma and Andre get us to about 31.25.

We actually have a cool quartet of bigs and some solid younger guards, but this idiot still trying to force the Prince/Kuzma stuff is going to drive me insane.

This is my nightmare but have to believe he’ll finally trust the young guard grouping enough to also play two of them. Kuzma and Prince are a palatable and less clunky fitting SF platoon if they’re sharing the floor with two of KPJ, Green, Trent, Rollins and two of Giannis, Turner, Bobby, Sims.

Just don’t play them both together and for god sakes don’t start both of them together lol

I would take that bet. We were what? 11th last year with a largely broken roster and injuries.

Well yeah, of course. Eventually it's going to come crashing down, but the Bucks need to try to extend the Giannis window as long as possible. They easily could have collapsed things now and hope Giannis stays long term, but they decided to try to keep stretching things out. We've actually been very fortunate as fans that the team has been competitive for as long as it has been. We know what it's like on the other side.

Not arguing that but the future is going to be significantly worse than anything we’ve experienced before when it all comes crashing down
No, I don't think it will. The 15 win season was truly awful, save for Khash and Giannis. There was the Ken Norman/Benoit Benjamin team. Gawd.

Oh he absolutely will. His abominable coaching is why I can’t get overly optimistic about anything next year.

The true Horst special. Spend every last asset to make the team somewhat competitive. Though I give him props since this one was more complex than throwing picks and money at Jrue holiday.

Need a Nembard type or CP3. KPJ, Trent and Giannis can’t be your ballhandlers the whole season.

Let's be honest. We don't want to admit it but Kuz will absolutely help us in the regular season. Playoffs? Meh....

Let's jump into a world where Kuz can knock down an open 3 again. You absolutely keep him.
