people keep saying Yabu and Biid don't fit except Nurse barely went to it and when he did it worked quite well IIRC.

I liked all of the UDFA that Morey landed for 2-way contracts and summer league. The only gripe I have is taking Brooke over Thiero but I’m willing to trust Morey on that one. Otherwise, this has been an A+ offseason in my books.

Ofcourse no McCain.

With any other team this wouldn't be a concern
With the Sixers, McCain's meniscus likely calcified and he's growing bone where his cartilage should be. Dont' worry though, Sixers are on it, Daryl is asking AI how to reverse the process.

They could easily just say his status at the same time, instead of their usual schtick of silence, and leaving everyone wondering how things are going.

I just want communication. The thing this organization sucks at. I recall everyone saying not to worry about Jo, and then people finding out the worst. If I recall y'all were all saying to remain calm, and there was no way Daryl was going to sign Embiid if his knee was in the state that it was. Little did we know haha

The meniscus repair recovery timeline is longer (4-6 months) so no surprise that McCain isn’t playing in SL. He’s probably close to being ready for game action but they’re playing it safe & his return will be preseason. SL is always a little chaotic with young guys fighting for a roster spot.

I’d rather he work on his game in closed door sessions than dominate against a bunch of UDFA. He missed some valuable development time this past year and won’t make it up in summer league.

Aight bro, I'm not going to keep going on about this. Fact of the matter is this org. is shady as ****, and regardless of what he's doing behind closed doors after everything we have been through, they owe it to the fans to be a little more upfront about these things, even if it's going well. We only got an update on Joel on draft day, when it was more than month past the regular timeline for a scope. Most likely he is fine, but this is the last org. that I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt to. The fact that he's not on ther,e and there is no message, has me slightly concerned, but most likely it's what people on here are saying.
