If Grimes finish to the season was real this is one the few moves that could make a difference for Milw. Morey would want his pound of flesh and sees blood in the water.

And I think you could try to play with the 2026 swap also since NOP isn’t looking so good either.. Should be able to build some value off of Washington or OKC..

Washington gets to go from probably 30 to probably 20.. Lot of upside if Giannis decides to leave / get hurt etc..

But they have to take Kuzma back and trade CJM.

But not sarcastically, I think that could be built into a three team deal where Washington gets bad money - but not Kuzma..

or OKC or Washington (for that pick swap) give the third team a few seconds and that helps turn Kuzma into Grayson Allen or such..

Or maybe OKC does Joe+seconds for third team expiring+swap (second worst of OKC/Houston/LAC for worst of NOP/Mil).. Then Milwaukee ends up with Joe and another 8-15 mil player? Third team gets seconds and Kuzma.. That is a very sloppy template though.

No one wants Kuzma. Just Salary slot imo.

I would try Phoenix though. They are very limited and should be desperate enough to take a chance on Kuz cheaper than most teams..

yes I agreed with that. 6'4 and 6'10 wingspan = SG size but plays up. I just dont think hes a good idea on the kings
