The QO has a cap hold, so hopefully they're just doing this to free up space, & signing him w/ an exception. Discussed it beforehand. Otherwise it'll be really disappointing. This is still a really good opportunity for him as #2/1 pg.

Re: Bucks News, Trade Ideas, Transactions - The Wizardry of Jon Horst
Deciding to waive Dame took some real balls but these moves today are pretty short sighted to me.
Turner is a good player but I was perfectly fine with Bobby starting for a season while we figured **** out and now the roster is even more out balanced both on the court and money wise.
Putting more responsibility on Porter Jr to be good is a choice. Trusting Doc to manage this roster is a choice. We still don’t have any quality wings. Can’t win in the nba that way.

We can still sign Rollins, it just limits what we can pay him. Coming off surgery, I think he won't find more.

I was hoping and expecting this to be one of the first replies. You did not disappoint. Jroy have it all.

Buyout. The money we save allows us to sign Turner
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Did Jim O say something to that effect?

Re: Bucks News, Trade Ideas, Transactions - The Wizardry of Jon Horst
Dame is "elated". I don't think the guy ever really wanted to be here. Between his divorce and understandable sadness at being away from his kids, he seemed luke warm about Milwaukee. He also seemed to be clamouring for a warm city like Miami. I truly believe this will be addition by subtraction. Chemistry matters, but can be fragile and elusive. When you have folks that aren't all the way in, that can suck the life out of your locker room, despite what they tell the media. Looking forward to the Bucks' defence being in the top tier again as well. Like someone has said here, the idea of Dame was always better than the reality.

I lean on the conservative side, so I'd have kept it tight. I was much more of a believer in that closing lineup we had, from the eye test & data. Having 22m in dead cap per yr is tenuous, especially in the apron era.
If I'd splurge, it was using '31, like I said for a formula I believed in like Reaves creating at the end of clocks, Giannis beginning. While waiting out that Lillard contract.
We should be more of a contender in the interim. Still have work to do at 3&d/creative wing imo. I expect we'll go all in w/ the picks because we're pot committed. At the end, I'll try to just enjoy it in the interim, while figuring I'll worry later like after the Dame acquisition.

I like Rollins but I'll wait and see what else may be happening. If there's one thing we know it's that Horst has a plan going into FA.

This team really needs a second option offensively. Putting all the eggs in the KPJ basket for that feels, unwise.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

And for our next party trick, Horst will now send Kuzma to Portland for Jroy to enjoy.

Dame asked out of Portland and then wanted to go to Miami, about as far away from Portland as you can get. I don't discount the effect of being away from your kids but it was all on him.

Feels like we cut Rollins to sign Gary Harris which feels like a waste of time and money

Could be but I hope that's not the case I thought Rollins showed enough to get a shot.
