Really want Rollins driving and throwing lobs to Turner and Sims next year. Please get that signing unless there's something bigger upcoming.

Would have rather kept Rollins over adding Harris.

I think it's a safe bet we have another PG in mind. I saw Nekias Duncan speculating that we are the Westbrook team but we'll see. We obviously need more ball handling and that isn't really Rollins game unfortunately.

Why are we getting screwed in trades by the worst FO in the league even?

He also seemed to be clamouring for a warm city like Miami. I truly believe this will be addition by subtraction. Chemistry matters, but can be fragile and elusive. When you have folks that aren't all the way in, that can suck the life out of your locker room, despite what they tell the media. Looking forward to the Bucks' defence being in the top tier again as well. Like someone has said here, the idea of Dame was always better than the reality.

I could feel Dame's I want no part of being in Milwaukee energy though my TV by his 3rd game as a Buck.

I am elated that he's gone.

So much for that packaged deal. Aside from that, it's warranted.

Wizardry isn't exactly the term I'd use to describe Horst's moves, tbh.

I like Rollins and think his injury hampered him last season. There has to be more to this, because there's no way anyone thinks Prince or Harris are more valuable.

So based on the info from Jim, getting Turner has us:

Waiving Dame and stretching the contract, forcing us to pay him for 3 extra years
Trading Pat and 2 2nds
Buying out the incoming Micic
No longer able to use the MLE OR BAE
No longer able to use the Middleton trade exception

Turner is a huge get but all of the things needed to get him here really destroys any chance of making any more meaningful moves

I don’t think you do like Rollins lol.

He is a useful development guard who can defend so it would be a shame if we didn’t want to keep him

We still can take back about 31M in a Kuzma/Andre trade

I think it’s safe to say that however things pan out from this point forward, Horst is definitely going to hit the ground like a rocket by the end.

Is there any reason you question if the Bucks are done adding at this point? We have completely transformed a team that looked capped as a first round exit.

Buying out Micic sounds like it was agreed to before the trade. So I think trading Pat and two seconds was the cost for the 5M or so we saved which who knows, might be what we use to resign Rollins?

At this point I am 100% fine with putting any other assets available into deal to lock in a starting SF then filling out with vet mins or minor deals. Really would like to see Rollins signed to like a 3 year deal yet, feel like you’ve got a young George Hill with him but let’s see what happens.

On the Dame front. If he goes out and gets a vet min this year and some type of MLE number.

In that instance does the Bucks waived and stretch number decrease? Does Dame double dip there?

There weren't any more game changing type players to get better than Turner. Realizing he has the most blocks in Pacers history and 4th most 3 pointers.. that's a storied franchise.
