White and Williams is a great deal for Milwaukee. Get a scoring lead guard with a tiny bit of upside left and a 3 and D wing.

Washington is definitely game for something along these lines. We could send any one of McCollum, Smart, Kispert or Brogdon.

The problem is, I don't think we can take back Kuzma until February, so he would have to be laundered to a 3rd team. Who would take Kuzma in exchange for a roughly equal sized contract of a not-so-good player? Phoenix with Brooks? Charlotte with Grant Williams?

I don't think the other teams will pay enough to Memphis to make it interesting for us. Clarke is likely our starter now to start the season and a rotation player the rest of his contract. Kuz I think has run out of chances to show he is a winning player.

Bucks send their 2 2nds, BOS kicks in another one. Now the Lakers actually have picks for trades. Less neutral salary, but something to throw in with a Vandy/Rui/Knecht/etc type deal. Their problem now is they don't have anything to add. They go with Kuz regaining some value there, and have picks to send out with the other guys.

Feasible????

EDIT: I'm not even sure BOS should be giving a pick, tbh. Not saving that much, giving up the "best" player in the deal.

Worth taking a shot on the small sample coming off injury? Would at least be an upside piece under team control for a long time..

And Philly adds the Mil first to the LAC first/swap for the next retool/build and goes with Maxey, Grimes, VJ?

McCain cheap enough that you don’t really have to mess with Kuzma.. or you just don’t something like Pat/Ayo for Kuz and Ayo maybe helps slow down the offense a bit for KPJ/McCain?

Give yourself a nice little window with Giannis/Simons/Turner at your core and build out some depth over the next few trade cycles.
