OR if the Cs are challenged to take on the G league

Honestly maybe the plan is to come up with fake injuries for JB and DW most of the season?

Let the kids have the run of the place

It's possible and may be a good strategy. Brown might even start off with a real injury, though they say he'll be ready in the fall.

Also, will Minott play in summer league? He's only 22.

Top 40 recruit in HS. Definitely came out of college too early but crazy upside as a 6-8 wing with stupid athleticism.

Worth the swing here and see if he can continue to develop. Been dominating the G league putting up 22/6 on 50% FG.

What am I missing on him?

He needs a lot of work on the mental aspect of the game. He didn't get a lot of run in college - although Penny Hardaway was a big fan. He just wasn't ready. He'd probably have been a lot better off going to a bad team where he could get 20+ minutes from the start and just play through things.

Physically he's got a lot of gifts, but he tends to make a lot of mistakes. Misses assignments, freelances, drifts. Every time we'd try to give him some run, he'd make a few bonehead plays and get himself benched. Most of his stats are from garbage time.

I think the last straw with him was when he was tweeting from the bench during a game...

He has real potential, but he's going to need a lot of coaching up. You guys have good coaches and a lot of real pros on the roster, so he might have a chance.

Guess the best way I'd describe this is Brissett with more time to see if there are 3pt growth possibilities.

Brad is forcing this team to play at a higher pace this year or it's going to be really ugly. Overlooked part of this is Minott and Garza are a familiar pairing and tailor made for 2nd unit with chemistry.

See what Penny Hardaway had to say about him in college.

Is this the end of Hauser, Norris, Walsh and maybe Peterson? Two of these 4 guys might be gone soon.

He have too many wings now.

Wow tweeting from the bench, that's such a Ricky Davis move. I already like him. I bet he reads Real GM and hates the Trade Board too...

Great, Joe may have his first rear naked choke submission sometime this year.

For some reason this made me laugh as I could totally picture Joe doing that.
