I can see it. He's one of the best high volume shooters in the league. Seems like relatively fair value for him, while Jones seems more like a bargain deal.

I predicted 3/$36M for Jones, glad we got a good value contract for him. He probably could have got more if he hit the open market.

Just checked the numbers. No he still a near 40 percent 3 point shooter.

I agree it's a bit of an overpay. Whilst Duncan is definitely an amazing shooter, that's pretty much all he is, he brings nothing defensively.

WT also makes it look like he tools Beasley’s money.

DR doesn’t do anything else and his shooting certainly isn’t Beasleys. Hes unplayable in the playoffs and the Pistons should be playing playoff games.

Desperate move.

Why didn’t the Heat keep him at that number?

Huerter should be rejoicing right now. This will help him next summer.

DR is the better shooter.
Huerter is the MUCH better overall player. He has game. Secondary playmaker. Connective passer. Plays solid D. Competes.

Huerter does more than run around and shoot 3's though. DRob is definitely the superior shooter though.
