How so?

Davion was a Restricted Free Agent and apparently there is no market for RFAs.

Davion probably could have been signed for half of what he did. I guess they gave him a four year contract over two years tho.

Good for Duncan, I def didnt hate him like some, but it was cool to watch his rise.

Im not sure if Wiggins is the right fit, but if you can use him and Rozier for Derozan, I think you pull the trigger.

Heat need another scorer in the worst way.

At least with Davion it’s just 2 years and he plays both sides of the ball. If he falls off next year he’s an expiring to help facilitate something, that’s one I’m not going to be critical of :)

Davion got a good deal, and he's a good 2 way player. I liked that move by Miami.

If the Heat get Lillards then Wiggins will fit

I’m not mad about it, Heat really like him and didn’t want to risk losing him.

Not my favorite option, but Rozier and JJJ for DeRozan works in the trade machine.

W/ our offseason moves so far we’re operating to be in a position nxt offseason for a potential big acquisition. Im certain we’ll only make deals that will align w/ that plan. If we can acquire DeRozan cheap he wld improve this team & help us compete this season. Wouldn’t mind that at all.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

I think he fits as a better Jagsmith. But im not sure we need both of them. So Id keep the cheaper Jag and trade the more expensive one.

I just don’t see the point of a Derozan trade if it’s not bringing us assets back at this point. He’s going to suck usage and shot attempts from our main guys, who we need to further develop offensively in this “bridge year” as well as the young guys who it wouldn’t hurt getting some serious reps in next year.

Still think we should explore Highsmith for Whitmore.

We also need to hit up these teams with too many 1sts for their own good and see if there’s anyone on our roster they’d be willing to part with picks for. We need build the asset cupboard for a superstar if we’re not going to tear it down

Legler and Haslem on ESPN jockeying for Kuminga to find a new team and "get a fresh start", "be appreciated for what you do". "you've had 6,000 minutes in Golden State, your not going to evolve any further there".

Dawg I'll be honest with you. I was one of the biggest fans in getting Dame here but I'm not sure if he'll bounce back from that injury at this age.

Having a high flyer would help the offense. Attack the rim and hit 3s is the name of the game. Whitmore does that well.
