Brewers/Mets Series

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Sun Jun 29, 2025 9:44 pm

Mets were just swept by the Pirates, being outscored 30-4 (Skenes didn't pitch)

Tuesday - 6:10 - Peralta vs. Holmes
Wednesday - 6:10 - Misiorowski vs. TBA
Thursday - 6:10 - Quintana vs. Peterson
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I don't believe Seigler has ever played 3B. I saw that he has "taken reps" there.

Peralta future going to be interesting. Value is red hot, but the optics of trading him would be brutal and/or having him & Miz in playoffs (as throwing now) is appetizing. Although his xERA is actually high 3’s so maybe a downturn could happen at any point. I don’t think he is moved though.

Cards shut out again. The Mets are a dumpster fire right now. Need to take the next 2.

I enjoyed McNeil taking one high and in on his first AB (2 strikes, tie game, not intentional). We'll see if Rhys gets the same.

Tidwell has been bad in his 2 starts, need to jump on him early and get back into the pen.
