He is a horrible fit for the NBA. A center who doesn't draw fouls or shoot threes is not useful anymore.

Honestly, looking at his career stats it seems readily apparent that last year was a statistical anomaly for 3PA from Ayton. He is a career 0.3 3PA and it ballooned to 0.8 this past season. Either there was a philosophical change in Portland or it seems he was disinterested in playing in the paint.

But Exum back is a small win. He will only play half the games but he gives them another ball-handler who can defend, makes enough jumpers to keep you honest and pushes the pace, something the team needs.

Yeah, a healthy Exum is just under an MLE player imo. I was hoping Dallas locked him up last year and I would have been wrong. Happy to see him back and will be be tricked by him again after one game..

I'm shocked two well known Mavs fan and a Jazz one think this is good. For a team that was decimated by injuries, relying on AD Kyrie Exum Lively and an aging Klay just smells desperate and not smart to me
