Missi is clearly worth a 1st.

Okay. I'd prefer him to Stix. There are also rookie centers on two-ways I'd trade for

So Dumars want to win with Poole/Herb/Trey/Pascal/Looney in the West next year?
cmn be serious. If every other team lost their best player, those Pelicans would still be outside of top 8 teams in the West...

Pels went hard in this draft, which means they need to see how those player develop. Problem is that dumbass JD traded next years pick while knowing Pelicans are not making playoffs...

3 of those 5 are legit quality winning players. Poole and Looney are good enough with the other 3 to be in the play-in conversation at least. The West is very top heavy. OKC, Houston, Denver are pretty much etched in stone. Minnesota is probably next. After that we get questions like "will Kawhi play more than 20 games?" and "can the old people on the Lakers and Golden State avoid breaking down physically this year?". I think there are 4 teams in the top 10 that will be worse this year than last. And how NOP managed 21 wins with that roster is beyond me. With good health and stability, there's no reason they can't be out of the lottery.

1. Bad Coach
2. Dumb players
3. Young players
4. Lack of system
5. Awful organization
6. Curse of SKC

There are 6 reasons, for every reason you mention that they can make it in top 8 i have 3 that they dont. I watch the Pelicans/Hornets since CP3 rookie year, i have enough expirience with the organization to know what will happen.
