Interesting tidbit from the wiretap, players will be giving back about 9% of their salaries from last year because of revenue shortfalls.

So instead of earning 46 million before taxes and agent fees last year Rudy will be making about 42 million.

Thats a pretty big deal you would think they would be talking a little more about it.

I don't get why the Grizzlies sold Jay Huff so cheaply even if they were going to sign Landale.
He's a plus backup Center who can shoot threes well on a 3 year minimum salary deal.

Exactly what we needed here but we spent a 1st round draft pick on a 3 or 4 year project at the same position.

They way he’s talked about “great defense” “excellent catch radius / great hands” “moves very well /

Sounds like he’s already better than Rudy.
Great defense and good hands. The ability to catch pretty much anything in his vicinity.. the agility and speed to defend and recover..

Would have love wcj, but hopefully Beringer changes my mind soon enough.
