Lawson playing in the Summer League is borderline cheating.

Hasn't exactly produced a good on-court Vegas product.
And it gives me bad Tampa Tank vibes every time I see it.

Roster is pretty loaded for summer league. Should be entertaining at the very least.

I probably shouldn't be this excited for summer league basketball.

Wait how do you know Mogbo lost 10 pounds? Raptors said they wanted to develop him like a wing if anyone remembers. I don’t know if I agree with doing that per say, but if we had options he would never have played the 5 with us as much as he did

We also waived Roden from his 2way, maybe Alijah goes into that position

That's not a kool-aid thing, Castleton won't be on this roster opening day, Ulrich will. I guess he'll get first dibs b/c he's on a non-guraunteed for training camp

now that Masai is gone, Chomche is probably on a shorter leash. Hopefully he shows some improvement, or he could be gone sooner than later.

My starting lineup would be

Shead/Ja'Kobe/Mogbo/CMB/Ulrich

Go all out on defence, just cause chaos with a spealized zone.

On offence, For Mogbo/CMB/Ulrich, take the threes at the top of the arc they're wide open.

At the very worst, they're the first ones back on defence, the other two hit the glass. If they don't get the rebound, they can pressure the rebounder, allowing everyone else to get back.

Also, Ulrich is youngest on the team, for second consecutive year.

That's assuming he was a Masai pick, Bobby & Dan spoke on him saying he's right on track as far as their plan/timeline

I'd say yes clearly. Sure you have Gradey and Occhai but I think it's clear those guys need a more structured situation. We have the 5 rookies plus Lawson who have all played together plus the two rookies from this year who seem to be defensive first. But in the end it's summer league and if they dominate or get a hangnail, a lot of them will be shut down and the straight 905ers will play and they'll likely lose. To win a summer league championship, you need depth throughout the roster. lol
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….
