Really hope Kas shows enough to get burn from the jump. We need his floor vision and passing skillset on the floor. I'm good with having him work thru the growing pains--lots of turnovers, I'm sure. It only fuels the (pseudo) tank.

Split all the PG minutes between Mitchell and Kas.

While they're not the same prospects, I look to Isaiah Collier's rookie season as a benchmark. Collier was arguably one of the top playmaking prospects from the 2024 draft--he dropped in the draft and there were a lot of concerns about his turnovers (averaged 4.3 assists to 3.3 turnovers at USC). Collier started the back half of the season for Utah. In games as a starter, he averaged 7.8 apg and 3.2 turnovers per game.

If Kas can get that going and prove his 3ball to be real, then we will have a very exciting prospect on our hands.

I said earlier in this thread but given that we're bringing Dru Smith back he's gonna get minutes early for sure.

If a team wants Wiggins, its up to that team to find a third to dump their players.

Getting the Butler package for Wiggins would be so sick.

Then we get the Butler package for Knechts....and the Butler package for Rui....oh man. Neverending wealth.

That’s a good deal for LA. Wiggins is the kind of guy who can play well in the right environment. I don’t think that’s in Miami. Getting passes from playmakers like Luka and Lebron is way different from Miami’s stable of non-playmakers

Him playing defense is what they need.

I dont think they have a single defender on the team now.

A big reason why Wiggs is so valuable for them.

Agreed Good 2 way option for them

If we trade Wiggs for that package, then the current return for JBux would be:

Davion
Knecht
Rui
Kasparas
Future 1st

Thats is pretty sweet.

Hachimura doesn’t really even fit the Lakers anymore.

I dont buy the aggregated report that we have any sort of hardline request for Knecht, Rui and a 1st. I also dont know why the Lakers would be so punch drunk after Wiggins, to me not a great fit with the old guy and not sure he has the makeup for the LA circus.
