Philly jumping 11 spots because they drafted Edgecombe is…. bizarre.

That was the most glaring for me too, like wtf. A few others being Dallas ahead of MKE. Even Indiana, they just lost their top 2 player or 1 and 3. Pistons lose a few solid vet wings and replace with a terrible overpay for Robinson. Its like they forget the still have Giannis. But whatever, its just a random article and most are all fine and discussable, but those few were fairly out of place

Well I think the assumption is Embiid is now glued together?

Philly is probably the team with the most variance and putting them at 15 is a way to play both sides of that

Chris Paul knows how to run a half court offense, but he is horrible on defense and would exacerbate the Bucks problem of not being able to stop dribble penetration.

Every minute Paul plays is time Rollins or others don't get court time.

Unless there’s a new glue, it’s going to be the same ****.

CP3 doesn’t move the needle at all. The only way I sign him is if there’s another trade made first that is sending Kuzma/whatever out for a contributor.

Otherwise, with the roster as is, CP3 makes zero sense.

Someone with CP3s skills and bball IQ would sure be a good fit. But wouldn't want it mixed with his personality, he obviously knows it all so I'm not trying to bash him but I also don't think he's the type that will accept not being the know it all so to speak. Like yea you might be right, Giannis maybe is wrong on this or that, but he's so good it doesn't matter so just let him do it. I could see CP not just letting it slide and those two butt heads quite a bit. Especially considering their history.

Can't believe it's 2025 and we're still discussing CP3.

Jake Fischer knows that we are looking for a point guard at the moment.

Mentioned us as a CP3 team since we can offer a starting role.

We are indeed interested (doesn’t mean it’ll happen)

CP3 has what we lack, bbiq but he's definitely not playable in a 2nd rd or later matchup. Even first rd is sketch depending on who it is.

I'd also be afraid of Doc playing him 82 games 25+ per game and then taking until game 6 of the first round to realize he can't be out there. Too bad you spent the whole season with the team playing one way... Sounds so familiar.

Its literally Lopez all over again. Our coach is that dumb that the GM HAS to force the roster on him. Please Horst don't give Doc the opportunity.

Anyone wanting Beal should note on a podcast he said he is a warm weather guy. Cant remember which one.

I bet he would priortise that over a championship.

If we sign Chris Paul and let Rollins walk, I’ll probably have to just jump into full blown Packers mode and take a break from Bucks basketball. Ultimate buzz killer move.

Cp3 is staying in LA. Either clippers or Lakers for the min.

Not the first 40yo tool who sets himself up as a starter, ask all the 20 & 60yos.

Chris Paul is older, slower, an average defender at best, a prima donna and not the best on-court fit with Giannis.

He would easily be the smartest guard that Giannis has ever played with and if we could get him for the minimum, we’d be dumb not to. I’m not for CP replacing Rollins though, so in an ideal world, we’d sign both.

Yet I think this all ends up with him on the west coast and we try to get the next biggest name (Westbrook).

If Miami even wants 2/3 of this then we aren’t getting Wiggins I don’t think. Unless they’d do Kuzma, Tyler Smith and Matkovich along with 31 first for Wiggins. That we’d maybe do.
