Got to give it to Bassitt. He's battling and giving this team a chance to win this game.

Guerrero is trash. Never seen a more undeserving "superstar". Carried by name alone. $500 million to be the 39th best hitter in baseball. Embarrassing.

I wonder what Bassitt said to the umpire there.

It’s gonna be Fisher, Sandlin and probably Chad Green for the remainder of the game. Bruihl maybe thrown in for a lefty.

A Vlad injury would be damaging to this team’s chances, hope he didn’t just break his foot.

I still do not understand the rush to lock this guy up for 500 million over 14 years. Which team in free agency was going to give him that? Nobody would have, and the Jays outbid themselves when they did not have to.

For once, the front office was actually holding firm - a little… But ownership panicked. We may as well not even have a president or GM. Rogers swooped in. It was a PR decision. Not based on projected merit.

Crappy little seeing eye single by Judge burns us.

Yeah we didn’t have the RPs tonight to hold this. Cost of that Berrios 6 run inning yesterday.

Fisher has a nice curveball. He got judge on a good pitch somehow he got lucky with that grounder

Chad Green enters to end this one

That tells you they care far more about Fisher’s arm going forward than winning this game, can’t blame them

Walking Wells to face Stanton isn’t ideal

So Bruihl for the 8th and Sandlin for the 9th I guess.

I’d score about 5 more runs if they want to win this game

To all you baseball savants in here, is Barger legit? Or is he gonna be another Davis Schneider once the league figures him out and adapts?

IMO we should throw Green out until he can’t throw anymore before going to Bruihl. As crappy as Green is, I trust him more than the remaining guys we have left

Return to Toronto Blue Jays
