I remember him being a strong rebounder in fantasy two seasons ago but seemed to fall out of the rotation this past year. Good gamble.

Right now, we’ve got four guys who can play power forward.. George, Oubre, Watford, and Walker, maybe even Boome in short stints, if he proves he can hit threes.
We’ve got Embiid, Bona, Drummond, and Boome who can play the 5. But with Embiid’s health uncertain, Boome still a rookie, and Drummond almost washed, it makes the most sense to use the MLE, if we have it, on a center.

It definitely seems like they’re building toward playing 3-guard double big lineups.

$15m/yr is great value for Grimes. Tired of all the haters denigrating this man, who has proved his value in the league as a two-way stud.
He's decent and can be a rotation player on a team with aspirations, though if he was a "two way stud" someone would have signed him by now! Duncan Robinson is getting over 15 in this market.

I don't see it. He got to put up a ton of shots on a GLeague roster that was tanking games. He's a reserve on a contending team. I like Grimes...I like his game, I guess 15 mill is fair, but it still seems like an overpay.

It's infuriating that it took Morey this long to figure this out.
